I know... I was so sad looking at my 5 yr old while hearing this story at the same time. All my children are tall for their age so my baby looks 6. I just looked at him sleeping and thought who would kill my baby out of spite? I told my husband, "I pray we never split up." I don't trust anyone else with our babies.

It’s not new. We have social media & the ease of access to information makes it appear new. Studies show that the ‘dark triad’ pathologies related to crime aren’t nearly as different between males & females as we once thought. I know it’s hard to tell if your significant other is a person that could kill your kid but there has to have been indications that she didn’t like the girl or was jealous of her. If you’re dating someone who doesn’t like your kids then stop dating that person.

I hate sound sick but sometimes when the death penalty is issued I feel you should be executed the same way the victim was. Why should someone like this woman get to sit in a comfy cell? I don't think sending her to death row will make the slightest bit of difference to her. She's obviously incapable of normal human feelings. May I suggest hard labor and slow starvation? She needs to live in a state of complete pain and discomfort for the rest of her days. I also suggest meaningless, repetitive labor--picking up rocks only to have her guards dump them all and force her to pick them up again and again, in relentless heat and bitter cold, around the clock. You get the idea.
