Hi! I tried to download both file po pero bakit yung 200dpi.ppd lumalabas sa photos not as file? I am having a problem with my thermal printer I just need to change the driver daw according sa mga nabasa ko. Every time na magpiprint ako 7 blank stickers ang lumalabas then the last 2 stickers ay magkahiwalay or putol na printed waybill na. Nakaka-frustrate. Please help.

Hi maam! slr! If idle, please try turning it on and off! Sometimes it takes a while po. Another fix is unplugging it muna from the wifi. Hope this helps po!
