It's 2024 and the great Hal Linden is still out there, doing guest spots on hit shows. Just a couple of months ago he showed up on the season finale of Hacks, still delivering at 93 years old.

Where is matt gourley
Something tells me this was recorded on the day Gourley was scheduled for his colonoscopy. They mentioned on the show he was bummed out (heh, pun intended) that he had to miss an interview because of the procedure.

I think good manners translated to good character for Lourne. He also understands that just because he might not get a certain humor that doesn't mean others won't.

Again, the whole episode was spent on conan and not really on Jon Stewart, really a missed opportunity during this interview. 2 clips they shown that both show this.
It's because they have so much in common.

Just imagine, Sona, Bley, Eduardo and that other guy, have not just front-row tickets, but dressing room seats to the biggest names in entertainment. Most, if not all guests, immediately relax and quickly open up their most personal books. Stewart and Conan immediately enjoy each other's company and that comes out perfectly.
I could watch/listen to them bullshit about anything and everything all night long.
