I've been trying to eat better as well and I've started having smoothies for breakfast. I add ginger, turmeric, lemon, banana, kale, skim milk, low-fat plain yogurt, peanut butter, dried apricot, frozen blueberries, frozen cherries. It has helped me tremendously on my wellness journey and really think you should try this! Hope you're having a wonderful week Paige xx

I'm doing nothing but sitting here eating pancakes I live in North Carolina I lost the man that I love so deeply this December will be 2 years I still can't believe he's gone there's not a day that goes by even if I just say his name like I am right now and I cry I feel so blessed to know how amazing that kind of love is I can't wait to go to heaven and see him again is whispering videos just relax me so much it's unbelievable

I’ve been taking Wegovy for 3 weeks now and I’ve already lost 11lbs.
I feel fantastic and had no major side effects at all. I pay privately in the UK for mine too.
I had gained 80lbs since 2021, I also had my Son last year, he was born very prematurely (at 27 weeks) last year because my placenta failed. He was in NICU for 5 months and is disabled. It’s been so stressful so I binge ate. My joints were suffering and honestly I needed to change.
Best decision I ever made. xx

cutting down on carbs worked wonders for me for losing weight. i love eating bread and potatoes and rice so it's tough. i'm not an expert and obviously would say research things, but carbs really make one gain alot. best wishes
