TCS & CANDOR TECH SPACE EXPANSION | KEVENTER ONE GOT APPROVAL | TALLEST SKYSCRAPER AT CBD KOLKATA

At the beginning The building permit for the tallest commercial project of Kolkata coming up on the riverfront has been obtained. The project, dubbed Keventer One, will consist of mainly commercial space along with a hotel.
On the other hand TCS Sanchayita Park, B+G+20, 20 Lakhs Sq. Ft. GLA IGBC Platinum certified, office development across multiple buildings for TCS Campus for 17,000 employees on 10 acres land parcel at IFB, NewTown, Kolkata.
Where as Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd will invest 220 Cr. in West Bengal to expand it's Singur plant's carbon black capacity from 1.8 L tonnes to 2.5 L tonnes. It will be operational within 18 months.
