The Doors, Slowdive, The Smiths, The Cure would be in my Top 20 bands of all time. Strange thing about Coldplay is that the first 4 albums were excellent but the last 5 have been disappointing. They went from Alternative Rock to Cringe Pop ?
I feel the same way, there’s the odd song here and there from their later period that I appreciate but for the most part its underwhelming at best.
