I have burgman 400 2007 and it's leaking oil from behind the water pump, any idea what the problem is? As you mentioned there isn't any videos about the water pump
Only way to be sure is to remove water pump. and replace the oil seal as a minimum. I reckon its most highly likely to be that seal. If you do remove, take a video and share and see if I can I assist you matey. Doubt the 400 is too different with regard to the water pump design. also check your oil level. If you are losing oil (spotting) that is not to bad. But if quite a bit of oil loss. get is sorted fast!!
It is good to mention that there is a difference between the first years 2003-04. The parts have different part numbers.

It's all alloy parts. Easy to strip bolts and threads
