Next time you do this, just put log basket in your inventory, click the deposit box, left click a redwood log and set the basket to "empty". 1 less log per trip but like banking 55 logs closer by in 2 ticks rather than going through the banking weird check stuff :3
hey no sleep ! you can put your bag in the slot of your log basket and the logbasket in the inventory. saves you the hassle of closing the bank interface to unload logs into your inventory and then back into the bank

And I also had the felaxe which shot up my exp to pretty much a consistent 77k p/h. If I was bored and wanted to be a bit more attentive, I saw the xp up to 82k p/h. 90-99 was like a week and some change. All AFK while I at work, working out, or playing baldurs Gate 3. Although, I did that in the farming guild which I think helped since the bank was closer. So far, my quickest 99. I didn't expect to get it so fast and I have been holding off on woodcutting since I started playing again in 2019.
For any Ironmen out there, just for me personally because I didn't have the skill for most bossing/CG early on, woodcutting is phenomenal GP for early game ironmen. I had to house sit for a friend of mine who went on vacation and I chopped magic trees on mobile for nearly two weeks straight. Chopped about 15k Magic Logs. When I got back to my own home I grinded out 15k bowstrings temple trekking and then made and alched 15k magic longbows. Yes a very long grind but it was amazing xp all the way and I had over 20M at the end of it. That kick started my Miscellania runs for herbs and teak logs, and funded my plank make for 83 construction, as well as the various construction materials to max out my POH. It was probably the grind that was most beneficial to my account outside of any combat/bossing grinds. Just a thought for anyone out there who might give it a try.
If you have it in the inventory you dont need to emty it in to the bag before banking you can use klick on use when inside the bank or deposit box and it back it for you
i personally choose to not attach the log basket to the backpack, makes it a little easier to deposit from inventory into the bank, just right click deposit. i can live with losing one log
Good luck they totally ruined forestry, best time to do it was right when it came out. All the good events like Roots hardly show up anymore and they last like 15 seconds instead of like 1-2 minutes on release. Overall very disappointing how they did forestry
Easiest level 99 imo. Slayer is easy because of how fun this is, but this lvl 99 is so effortless it's not really ever playing RS. Im watching this video, playing another game (simcompanies) and woodcutting redwood as we speak.
