Love this yoga nidra Ally. The deep breathing work has really nourished my heart and body today. I have had chronic fatigue for many years and got diagnosed with congestive heart failure 3 and a half years ago. It's been a tough few years, as it has for many, through and after CO vid... but yoga nidra has Bern one of my constant coping tools throughout .... my saving grace on many a tough day. just finished our Yoga Nidra practice. I am really feeling the beauty and wonder of what presents itself each time. today I could really connect to the space all around my heart, and the waters and feeling of water became as huge as the ocean., connected to the oceans of the Earth. yes still simmering in the ebb and flow. just before you started I noticed a severe pain in my left ovary, before even knew that we were going to explore the 2nd character. the whole experience was extremely powerful. thank you once again and blessings to you Ally.
