If y'all will notice, they grin at each other on a bunch of videos. Mick, Keith & Ronnie were pretty wild....Charlie & Bill , not so much. Oh well. They all are still the greatest Rock n Roll band in the world. They stuck with it when alot of bands couldn't hang. ✌❤🤘
@@cyndygough4107 true. Very important that Ronnie joined. At 3:41 Mick pushes him away, later grinning and nodding to Ronnie that he was joking. He would never do that with Keith.
Yeah I think Mick Jagger is very powerful on Black and Blue despite it not being very popular, I mean they couldn’t be on top for ever. Their late 70s work is great too though
The world's best front man fronts the world's best rock band. Black and Blue is a much better album than it gets credit for. My first Stones and always a favourite.
Wow. It’s Christmas in July for me. I’ve seen them live 5 times, most recently 2 months ago. But I just now came upon this song. It really rocks. Another great Stone’s tune !
So many "forgotten" greats from Black & Blue: Crazy Mama, Hey Negrita, Hand of Fate. Criminal that these are only known to us hardcore fans. Oh, and how hot is Mick during this time? That hair...mercy!
+pup lover It's a blisteringly good album which I've known ever since I was a kid thanks to the fact my Dad is a fan of The Stones and has seen them twice. I remember familiarising myself with the album (many years after it came out of course) when we moved to France when I was a teenager. As a result, it always brings back a nostalgic feeling of driving round in May in the South of France with the windows rolled down and the warm, honey scented gorse breezes coming in, travelling through the countryside and places like Perpignan with songs like Hot Stuff and the Hand of Fate blasting out!
Yes, EPSHPlayer - and I like his dark blue leather jacket too! The Stones have always been snazzy dressers and I'm glad to say that this is something that's not changed with the passage of years, whereas many bands who are still playing have gone 'boring', cut their hair and wear grey t-shirts! Give me a break! And I do like to see men who are not content with the 'convict headstyle' and still sport groovy hairdos!
Crazy Mama's a superb tune from a blisteringly good album which I've known ever since I was a kid thanks to the fact my Dad is a fan of The Stones and has seen them twice. YEAH . . . THAT'S TRUE!! Cause they're DEAD BEATS. BUT, AT THE SAME TIME, THEY COULD SECRETLY BE "THANKING HIM" FOR "WHO THEY ARE" BECAUSE . . . WITHOUT *HIM* THEY'D **ALL** BE NOTHING!! "ZIP". ."ZILCH" . . & . ."ZERO" (in the sense of music, that is).
Every great Stones video has a moment where Charlie peers over at Bill or Mick and gives us that wry smile that says "yeah, we kick butt, and this is a heck of a lot of fun, I'm glad I joined this crazy adventure"
I think it’s the little things that make this number truly GREAT-Keith’s rhythmic riff throughout, Mick’s off the cuff ahhs and yeahs, that interwoven psychedelic guitar interlude, and Charlie’s phased in double drum beats really sold me on this song after listening to it a few times over! 😜💃🏻🤟🏻💋
I love this song and the Stones. This sounds amazing. Mick his moves are so sexy and he's fine as wine 🍷. The Stones are always putting on a stellar performance. The Stones just know how to deliver on bad ass rock and roll. Keep rockin and rolling. I love ❤️ the Stones forever and ever ♥️ ❤️ 💙 💛 💕 💓 ♥️ ❤️ 💙 💛 💕 💓 ♥️ ❤️.
Takes me right back to the wild crazy 70s! Between Hawaii and southern California , it was a so fun !
Dirty and raw. 😎. Why can't they sound like this anymore????
Wonderful song….Crazy Mamma!
I love it!
Mick……FANTASTIC!!
Stones forever!!❤
Mick looked so fucking cool in this video. Black & Blue is such a great record I don’t know why it’s so under rated.
listened to 10 million times, still as electrifying as ever, I love this track by the stones.
J'adorerais toujours sa voix!!
I love Bill and Charlie's little moment at 3:13!
and that little moment goes on forever!
They are laughing because it's the studio recording and not live,so they grin at the pretence
Yes! Great!

Is everybody glad you lived to hear the rolling stones music folks.
I'm just glad I got to see them live three times. But without Charlie, it just ain't the Stones for me anymore, sadly.
my favorite albumn black and blue
I don't care what anyone says black and blue is just fucking superb PERIOD !!
Yeah I think Mick Jagger is very powerful on Black and Blue despite it not being very popular, I mean they couldn’t be on top for ever. Their late 70s work is great too though
definitely better than Tattoo you for example, I don't get the hate for this album
This is the album that made me a fan of the Stones
Mick Taylor fanboys think that every stones album without him is trash 🤦♂️ Seriously they are that delusional!
@@MrGenexxx not true stones fans either
This is how you close an epic album

Probably Black and Blue is the best Rolling Stones album ever.
great album, Hey Negrita, Memory Motel, Cherry Oh Baby, Hand of Fate. Doesn’t get any better than this!!
Hand of Fate. Memory Motel. Hot Stuff... etc etc. Hey Negrita.
It is, Hand of Fate proves the point
black and blue continues to get greater with each passing moment as only a true genius masterpiece can

MEMORY MOTEL was the last duet by Keith & Mick. An absolute hidden classic.
they should open with this iconic tune!
BLACK & Blue is such a great album! full of 70's sleaze and drugs...pure Stones!

One of their most underrated yet bad ass songs!
Yes sir! I cannot be more agree!

This is a great song by the Stones. It seems to me like it’s a forgotten one. They rock this song to the core!

I loved Black and Blue from the day it came out even though the stupid critics panned it at the time. The lads can bring the funk.
I love it !
Perpignan is about Daly the painter, good trip with the Stones as soundtrack.
The Hand of fate rest easy on ya now, at your own pace may ya go.
You've just described paradise!

Mick Jagger never sounded better, spectacular voice
BLACK AND BLUE. DON'T CARE WHAT OTHERS SAY, IT WAS A FANTASTIC ALBUM
Black and Blue is way better than It's Only Rock n’ Roll. It's probably the most underrated album in their oeuvre.
Without Black n Blue, there wouldn't have been no Some Girls, ever
