ATLANTA - Douglas County Probate Judge Christina Peterson is facing multiple charges after she was arrested early Thursday in Atlanta.
Jail records reveal Peterson is facing felony obstruction of a police officer by using threats or violence and simple battery against a police officer.

Her arrest took place at 2 in the morning they didn’t find out who she was until after 6am. She absolutely refused to tell them who she was. She was combative, often yelling and screaming and threatening officers for them not to put their hands on her. She changed her story several times and was most of the time uncontrollable.
Typical nidder, who thinks the rules don’t apply to them. Fulton county Georgia is so corrupt. Pack my Fanny Willis is living proof.

Being charged with Systemic Incompetence is crazy.
She did so much work to become a judge. She had multiple opportunities to correct and reevaluate her behavior but instead she doubled down and went hands on against an officer. If she acknowledges her misdeeds here it would be a start but still she has landed herself in deep doo doo and really needs to resign her position of power.

Confessed to speeding at 55 in a 35 mph zone on body cam footage, refused to stop for police and while on pursuit called the police chief to get the patrol car off her, she made it home and was not arrested for either crime, still holds her position as district attorney.
