Julien, I followed this recipe to a tee, only difference was I used a glass pie dish instead of the thin pie plate you used. The result was basically a paper thin layer of brownie on top and the rest was just melted chocolate. 125g flour seems low.

I will also appreciate if you can use gelatin powder instead of sheets. Smaller batches pls :D. Your previous videos are always for production (huge quantities) :> .
