Goan Pinagr | Pinaac | Pinaca || No bake || Super Easy 👨🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳

The Traditional Goan Pinaac / Pinagr / Pinaca, usually served during Christmas in Goa but can be enjoyed throughout the year!
Traditionally, moulded by hands into two inch cylindrical shapes.
This is a no-bake recipe that is super easy and doesn't require much time.

200 gm Goan Palm Jaggery
200 gm Coconut
