Even for us to come it takes a lot of hard work and determination, this was a dream for so long but we work hard to make it a realitt
Try some ethnic foods like “Newari food” , “thakali restaurant”, “MoMo” and last but not least “Dal Bhat”

thats the one thing thats turning me off the EBC TREK..the flight........id be like Aisling........id literally shit a brick ....it must have been some adrenaline rush......what month did ye do your trek in? did ye carry yer own packs? looking forward to the rest of the adventure.......awesome blue skies so far.....
😂😂 aw that plane had we freaking but as you said the adrenaline rush coming off the flight had us ready for anything! And once we were up in the air for a couple of minutes I definitely started to chill a bit but Eoin was just loving every minute haha
