Maybe for wind you do kind of a swirl, you could pour it that way or paint it with your powders. Like the wind swishing across it. ❤

For wind you could do the 3 d bloom but just using white to give it that wispy look, if that makes sense. You could do it through the main body of the dragon. That could be wind. Just a thought anyway. Hope you had a good Christmas. Your ice dragon turned out stunning !
