Wow! You guys have quite a project ahead! I have confidence in Eric that he will get the job done! Besides who wants to look at 100 bags of mulch just sitting there. Good luck.
thank you. I can get used to staring at them. Honestly. But it's those darn weeds that I'm sick of staring at. We are putting the raised beds together tomorrow. The ones from Sam's Club. Long story. but in a few weeks, will assemble some bigger ones. woo-hoo.
I do think that Eric is very capable of doing it all by himself, but also I can see that he has too much on his hands to do...in Spanish we say: "El que mucho abarca poco aprieta" which means when you have too much you accomplish very little. I would say, one day at a time, and seek help to share your chores Eric...you want to do but also you don't want to change houses with the hospital! :) stay strong! you both are going to have the best house and surroundings of the town!
OK the goal today (later today) is to douse myself in insect repellant and wear protective gear so I can weed whack a known tick infestation area. Once that's done, we can lay some weed block and use some of those bags of mulch. Woo-Hoo!!!

Thank you. I opened one bag today :-) We have almost 100 seedlings to transplant into two raised beds, so should be going thru another bag or two.

Wise words. Not trying to kill myself. But I have like 90 days to use up the bags. So it's a marathon, not a sprint.

I forgot about this channel! I wasn't getting notifications. That's quite the project. Who won the bet?
Farmer E-Boo will start the 2024 planting season with an admission of defeat.
