Yeah, just a 40 year old dude crying my eyes out at 7 AM on a Saturday. It's crazy how 20+ years of listening to these guys, seeing the vertical slice of their lives that we, the people, are allowed to see, only for them to come through with something that hit so deep and hard, it's almost impossible not to feel like you really know them far better than you do.

If you know the backstory of this song, it makes much different emotions. I was on their concert 4 days ago in Prague and it was one of my biggest life experience! 🔥 I was jumping, screaming, singing and crying by joy! It brings me back 16 years ago when i was riding bmx, skinny jeans from ladies store, swedish shirt and blinks in my ears. So happy that they're alive and together again. 🙏

Absolute tearjerker on so many levels. I especially love opening/first part of the first verse, I don't see a lot of ppl talk about it. One of my regrets as I've gotten older is looking back and realizing I've been the one to break away from friendships and close doors I should've left at least a little open. And some of those ppl i wish i had closure with have passed in unfortunate ways. This song resonated me on more levels than any other song has. And in general as a blink fan it hit hard too.

My mother, who has for a long time been very indifferent and sometimes even opposing to Blink 182 and their music, she sat in my car during a drive as i played this without telling her who or what it was.
She sat quietly, and i thought she was once again being indifferent. Until the end, at which point she said "That song was beautiful. Sad, but beautiful. Have you called your friends? You need to. Because someday, they will be all you have." ❤

It’s awesome that a band what 30 years in, got back together, went on tour sold out, headlines festivals and sounds better than ever, and then literally drops a love letter to the band and for the fans and throws out every iconic set over the last decades. It was a song for them and for us and it’s a classic Blink song. So few bands especially pop punk and from the 90s can come back and instantly hit. It shows how incredible they are, we are used to the old 70s/80s legacy acts being around forever but Blink is the genX millenial version and so often a band at this point can’t put out anything matching their older stuff. But you could slot this song on any album post dude ranch and it would fit. Yet it would only work now in 2023. I’m so happy we get this as a fan

😭 watching you react the way we all did the first we heard it 🫶 the first time I started crying immediately at the “sickness and airplanes” line, but it was because my knee jerk thought was that they were referencing major tragedies that took place during our generation (Covid and 9/11), which still made the line impactful under that assumption 😢

This is probably one of the best songs blink has ever made since their self titled album. Neighborhoods was okay, but it wasn't anything like this. Every time I listen to this song I fucking cry. Knowing the bands history and all the problems they faced, only to see them come back together again and mend those broken friendships. Tom and Mark were born to sing together, and Travis was destined to be their drummer. Such a phenomenal band..
Saw their show in San Diego in June. It was fantastic!!
