    Bags Conveyor is not PALs responsibility, Its the Airport. So technically, Its not PALs fault you were late. Same thing happened to me with Delta airlines. They said its the airports responsibility

    Dapat mag provide ang PAL sau ng hotel accommodation free of charge kpag delayed flight. Pwde mo yan ireklamo, sis. Mag email ka sa website nla na ibigay sau ang compensation mo. Research about CAAP policy of Philippine airlines

      Nakaranas na rin ako ng ganyan sa ibang airlines 2 beses pero sagot ng airlines ang hotel, bus , at food sabi ko nga maige din pala ang nadedelayed ang flight maganda ang hotel ,at evening food, morning buffet nakapasyal pa sa Shanghai free. Pag PAL marami talagang problema marami na rin akong naririnig sa mga friends.

    May bad experience din ako last year Nagbooked ako ng PAL sa Montreal pauwi pinas May connecting flight aq punta toronto kasi nandun iung PAL n sasakyan ko paPiNas pero
    Di ako pinasakay ng connecting flight ko from montreal to toronto kasi for unknown reason di ako nkabooked sa connection ko pero may ticket ako at kita nila na may booked aq sa PAL Naawa iung air canada sa akin at booked nila aq Qatar airlines Montreal to Qatar direct flight then qatar to philippines so Solved iung una ko problem kahit pa mahaba ang lay over Ang worst nung pabalik n ako Montreal .. PAL n sinakyan ko to toronto Then from toronto to montreal 16 hours aq nag antay sa connecting flight ko No hotel no free foods At dun aq natulog sa airport bago p ako finally nkarating sa Montreal Ako lang sinigurado ko n maliit lang handcarry n maleta para kung anuman aberya i have my personal things in my hand Di n rin aq mauulit sa PAL 😢

    Iba iba man opinyon ng tao dependensa karanasan ng flights,, ang mahirap na part yung wala kang direct na makakausap to address the situation

    Had the worst experience with them two weeks ago. Iniwasan ko ibang domestic airlines para wala masyadong delays kasi may scheduled exam ako pero with PAL di lang delay nangyari, na-cancelled yung flight. And worst, yung binibigay nilang early date for rebooking, is the exact date of my return flight kasi fully booked na daw. O diba, ang galing.

    PAL should compensate you (hotel needs) if they rebooked your flight. Read your fine print sa pag purchase mo ng ticket.

    I never fly with PAL thankfully my travels are mostly in Europe as I'm a Schengen Visa holder but there are currently no direct flights to Europe and recently read that the German flag carrier Lufthansa is making a return to the Philippines and they will soon launch a direct non stop flights to Manila from Frankfurt, I used to fly with Lufthansa during my past travels until they ceased flying to Manila in 2008 and they are well known for their punctuality and efficiency I used to be greeted by the cabin crew with Gruß Gott and Herzliche Willkommen am Bord as I speak German, when they give it a go I will be extremely happy to have them back other European airlines are most welcome as well.

    By July I'll be using United for different flights from Manila - SFO and by stopovers with same airline in USA😌.
    No problem with PAL through Int'l flights but my mabuhay miles ay nag-signed off na as of 2024. 😞

    I had the same experience sa PAL last year from Manila to Vancouver. Delayed din. i missed my connecting from Vancouver to Calgary and Calgary to Toronto. Sa airport ako ngstay hanggang umaga sa Calgary airport. Yung pagkain is parang ilang beses na init on both ways. Vancouver to Manila peperahan ka ng PAL kasi pati laptop mo kasama sa kilo ng handcarry. Unlike other airlines, personal item such as laptop is free.

    totoo yan..hindi ako nag bobook ng PAL. automatic nila kinacancel ang flight pag hindi fully-book..tapos ang refund it will take 6 months..

    PAL customer satisfaction is getting low? I didn't know it's going that way now. They are suppose to be the airline of choice for direct flights for many filipinos going abroad and coming home. What's causing it?
    Is the food being served the best? Basta masarap okey na.

    I stopped flying PAL along time ago.I had the worst experience in that airline and I even reported them to BBB (Better Business Bureau)

    Always take travel insurance it covers trip cancellations u have a hotel and food.

    It is not their fault kasi mukhang connecting flight ka . Sounds like you were late, di ka nakahabol. Yang conveyor belt, wla silang kasalanan jan. Jan mahirap pag connecting flight kasi pag may aberya na, affected na flight mo. But i hope you’re ok, mkkarating ka sa Pinas health and well.

    PAL is a terrible airline. They need to observe how Japan Airlines, ANA, Korean Airlines provide world class experience.

    Our flight was cancelled from LAX to Manila. I even paid extra for an aisle seat. Then moved our flight the next day and our seat was not the same seats. PALpak talaga ang PAL.

      Kung nag change ang flight schedule at may choice seat, just call PAL to rebook the choice seat. They will know you have paid for the seat and will rebook one for you at no extra cost. It is important to regularly check "Manage Booking" from time to time weeks and days before the flight to see if there are any warnings.

    Sad to say.. PAL is one of the worst airlines to fly in. Dapatsanay tangkilikin ang sariling atin pero wag ka. Sa ibang airline ka na lang. Akalain mo yun, eroplano tapos Filipino time pa rin? I hope nakasakay ka na at nakarating sa inyong pupuntahan.

    Another case of barkking up the wrong tree. The Airlines responsibility is getting you towards your destination. If there are delays or cancellations the airlines are supposed to aaccomodate you, according to your statements, they already assisted in your re-booking. However there were issues with the conveyour belt which is practically owend by the airport facility and not by the airlines themselves. There crew will help unloadd and load your lugguages, but the airport is responsible for any facilities includies conveyour belts, aair conditioned, restroom facilities and the likes. You shjould realize this and should not blame the airlines. Your title alone should maake PAL run after you for defamation. SOrry for your experience, but that is part of travelling.
