Hey Dashama I know this is an older video and probably don't keep up with it anymore. But I was wondering if something like this would be good with integrating with some other yoga practices. Maybe for example as a warm up for a flow Ashatanga? I want to get back into doing yoga and would like to involve a daily Tanta practice. @@dashama I did a Wim Hof deep breathing and cold shower course and it really worked. Better mood and energy. I recentlty used it between weight lifting sets and it increased by strentgh. So yeah, all this is very real. And spiritually very important. I feel closer to God.

hi, this is not Sat Kriya. Only mudra and breath of fire is correct but you should chant Sat on the inhale and Nam on the exhale. And the speed must be adaptable according to the practitioner.
Fergus Macdonald you just focus on exhale out the nose, not inhale and exhale bc you may hyperventilate is you focus on both inhale exhale. Do it 3-11 minutes ✨🌺🙏
When pulling those muscles in and up, it engages my abdominal muscles, so I found it was not possible for me to let me belly go in and out with the breath. Am I possibly doing the muscle contraction incorrectly? Or is it still beneficial to do this even if my belly isn't expanding and contracting with the breath? Thank you!
