I've purchased from Cettire a number of times and have been extremely happy with their service. I think the delay you experienced came from the merchant that was actually selling and shipping the bag to you. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

I have been stalking Cettire since Politics & Fashion shared a bag she bought from there. She has a video explaining the Gray Market as well. I haven’t pulled the trigger on anything yet but your purchase reassures me that I should push that button. 😊

I ordered the same bag from Politics and fashion video and had a horrible experience. You pay taxes and duties when you purchase the bag, but when the bag reached me DHL needed me to pay duties before delivery, the paperwork Cettire filed showed to pick up duties at delivery even though I could prove I paid duites (double dipping). Needless to say I never got my bag because I was not paying duties twice. Very hard to get help at Cettire, no phone number and no response from emails. BUYER BEWARE
I love your YSL camera bag! I have it in dark beige and it’s a great bag. I’ve had a good experience with Cettire. For anyone reading, just know they charge a return fee. They do NOT refund duties or shipping fees. So just be mindful and make sure you are certain of that item before purchasing, because for luxury items that can equal several hundred dollars.

@@TheHopefulminimalist I was really surprised about the duties because I’m from the States. I think they will charge duties over the amount over $800. Selfridges doesn’t include duties in their price and will also charge it at checkout. I think 24S includes it though.

Cettire is cool. The bags are definitely real. I haven't had any problems with the products that I received from them. One thing that I don't like about them is that they charge for returns and they take FOREVER to issue your money back. On their site it says they issue refunds within 10 days of receiving your return but it took them over a month to return my money. Just make sure you really want to product that you buy form them because their return policy is a hassle.

Returns process is definitely easier if you have their App, but even with that it did take 18 days to see the refund on my card. I just bought a handbag from there so I’ll do an unboxing video when it arrives, I’m interested to see if it comes as nicely packaged as the shoes I bought.
I just made my first purchase from Cettire and I had no issues. I bought the Attico Robin hooded boots for $500 less than on the Attico website. I love the boots.

Is Cettire sell the real item or fake scam???
I have used legit grails several times and will continue using them for all the reasons you stated. They did identify a replica bag I purchased from Poshmark which Poshmark deemed authentic. 🙄 Legit grails provided the reasons why it was not real and provided the certificate which helped me get my refund from Poshmark without any trouble.

@@demiwoods9141 roughly a week, total. My things have come from Italy. Once they process the order, shipping doesn’t take long. Dhl is pretty quick.

I just ordered from Cettire came across the site when I was looking for the quilted Tabby ended up getting the 33 for 612, 659 with taxes and shipping. It will be here on the 16th.
