@@sylvieanddanny people going much in Albania now, but the problem is the public transport no trains. European Union don’t give funds for this. Albania can’t rebuild his railway from beginning is to expensive. The railway must to go to north in south in Saranda city.

Hope you guys visited other parts of our country. Yes, Tirana is our capital city and it is beautiful but our country has a lot more to offer. Hope you had a chance to taste some of our traditional cuisine. Cheers.

Hello, thank you for watching and for your comment! We planned on seeing more during our time in Tirana, but we didn't because of different factors unfortunately. However, we went to the south of Albania via a mini bus, so we saw a lot of incredible landscapes. We also visited a few places during our stay in Saranda (Butrint, Ksamil, the Blue Eye) We posted another video about it :). Of course we tried a couple of Albanian dishes, and we really want to come back to see more places! As we know Albania has a lot to offer! Sylvie and Danny

@@sylvieanddanny Yes, I just watched your other video in Saranda. Great videos. You guys are awesome. Thank you for giving a positive description of my country. Yes, if you go north of Tirana all the way to our Alps, East and Southeast you will see amazing landscape and enjoy some incredible foods, taste you never had before. Tip: southeast tops our traditional cuisine which is one of the oldest in the Mediterranean if not the oldest.

@@sylvieanddanny You're quite welcome. Also Lake Shkoder and Lake Ohrid/Pogradec too in which I grew up splashing myself every summer. It was the joy of my life.

    I liked this video
Watching your videos are great but is the background music necessary?
Its often loud and must require extra effort to put it in your videos.
When the background music stops it is such a relief.

22:17 the fact that you felt like you had to mention that says a lot about the ignorance of people - sorry for being that direct, but that's how I percept it based on my perspective of course (I visit Albania constantly and I have a connection with it)

Hello, thank you for watching! So many people have not discovered and visited this beautiful country yet. Also, some of them don't know much about it and might wonder if it is safe to travel here or not. So, telling people how safe we felt in Albania can only encourage them to want and come to visit it. It is how we felt, so we wanted to share our experience here. Sylvie and Danny

It’s safer than Manchester 100%! The problem is modern infrastructure with european standarts, which is very expensive and government don’t have the budget to build!
