    Good stuff dude. In my experience, if you can get up to 40-50 miles per week, and do 800m and 1000m intervals at around 7 min/mile pace, within 14 weeks you should be able to smash 3:20. Also, do you have a coach for this prep?

      Thanks for watching the video! Both those things are very doable for me at the moment so that’s a big confidence boost! I’m sort of following a plan from the book called the Daniels running formula! It’s my first time following a structured plan
