Thank God I checked this video before my flight today. I completely forgot that i would need a passport photo which i do not have at the moment. going to the photographer now
Thanks for a clear and crisp video with all the required information. But what i really appreciate is the fact that you have been kind enough to reply to every comment/query that is there in the comments section. It's rare for any UA-camr to do that. I really hope this channel gets many many more subscribers and views. I hav liked the video and subscribed to your channel. All the best 👍
You have given the best help, thank you. My question not about this video, but I am worried about the new rules: What will happen to the people who settled there with financial abilities to live there without working 3--4 years ago and they got married and have children.
@epeliloganimoce6651 In my opinion, E-VOA is a process which costs you some 650 Baht extra, but you don't get anything in return. In addition to the extra money, you have to take the trouble of scanning and uploading your documents. I feel that the best option is to just go to the VOA counter, and show them the documents in person. And these are the same documents which you will have to show them even after taking E-VOA.
Hi, thankyou so much for a detailed video. I have a query regarding the printouts of vouchers and return flights. Is it necessary to keep colored printouts or we can have black and white printouts also?

@@desiyatri , Hi any suggestion about the Markets for shopping of Cheep Digital Camera or Video surveillance items for domestic use - at Bangkok or Phuket or Krabi?
@ShibabrataChakraborty Shopping for a cheap camera or other electronic items in Thailand is not recommended. Nowadays, everything is available in India at the best prices. Shopping in Thailand was good when Thai Baht cost under Rs. 2. Now, their currency has become too expensive, and hence all shopping in Thailand too. I recommend searching for what you want to buy on Amazon (India). Note down the prices and details of the items. In Bangkok, go to the "Fortune Town IT Mall" and look for the same or similar items. You can compare the prices with online prices in India, and then buy something if it is cheaper or better there. In Phuket and Krabi, shopping should be avoided because all prices are inflated, and there are no good places to buy anything.
What about USA passport holders . How many days visa is valid. Thanks Beginning of this year they had changed from 30 days to 45 days validity. Is it the same or changed again
Hi. Effective April 1, 2023, the visa-free stay in Thailand for US passport holders is back to 30 days. And US passport holders need not go to the Visa on arrival counter. They can go straight to immigration. No fee is required to be paid. However, the passport needs to have a remaining validity of at least 6 months.
Thanks for your valuable video But i have a doubt? I am an Indian, First i am traveling to Vietnam, from Vietnam i am traveling to Phuket (Thailand). 2) My flight is from Hanoi(Vietnam) to Phuket via Bangkok with 5 hours layover 3) My question is, do i need to take Thailand visa in Bangkok 5 layover time or after reaching Phuket? 4) Is it mandatory to book the hotels for comlete Thailand itenerary prior? 5) can i carry USD ?
Hi. It is not possible to board a domestic flight in Thailand without clearing immigration first. So, you will have to take your visa at Bangkok itself. For visa on arrival, you need to have confirmed hotel reservations for your entire planned stay in Thailand. They will demand to see your booking confirmations. However, one solution to this problem is that you can book hotels with a free cancellation option. After clearing immigration, you can cancel the unwanted bookings, and make new ones as per your need. And about the currency, yes, you can carry USD, except that you have to pay the visa fee in Thai currency only. For guidance on currency exchange, you may like to watch my Thailand Currency Exchange videos in this playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLcii2WHhv2RsC8SdEYpufzToOinX_WPEw.html&si=udpLzrmtFsrAstUS
Hello! Great video, I have a question. We plan to travel directly to Chiang Mai from Delhi via a connecting flight in Bangkok. However, the transit/layover is only for 2 hours at Bangkok. How long does the visa and customs process take at the airport? Asking to ensure we would be able to make it for the Chiang Mai connecting flight on time
@monikadevi4998 If you have an Indian passport, then please watch this video first: ua-cam.com/video/84iZ-Y8zJAs/v-deo.html The Visa Free entry for Indian passport holders has been extended up to November 11, 2024. About the money, even at the immigration stage, it they ask you about it, then you have to show currency only. Bank statement does not help.
I am planning to visit Pattaya in August. I am indian and currently studying in UK. Do i require visitor visa? If yes, then what more documents required?
@rinichristian8252 With an Indian passport, you can visit Thailand without a visa up to November 11, 2024. This video has the details: ua-cam.com/video/94iJHKyoWUA/v-deo.html The visa policy is guided by the passport you hold.
hi bro, Thanks for clearcut clarification.. need a info that i have booked ticket to chiang mai but my flight first land in bkk.. so i need to get visa on arraival at bkk or can get in chiangmai
Hi. When you arrive in Thailand with a prior visa, you can go straight to immigration. The immigration officer will see your passport, boarding card, return ticket, hotel bookings, and funds to cover expenses during the stay.
Hi @suryaprashantkumar4666 The wait time at the regular counter should actually be the same as the fast track counter. But because they want everyone to use the fast track counter, those unfortunate enough to try the regular counter get punished. At the regular counter, they will ask you to show proof of funds, will ask you to change your currency to THB at the exchange counter in the visa area where the exchange rates are horrible, will try to find a fault in any of your documents, and when they can't find any fault, they will just take the maximum possible time to process your visa. At the fast track counter, they only want your application form, return ticket, passport, and the fee of 2200 Baht in cash. Once you have those, your visa gets processed in under 10 minutes. This is what I have observed during my last three trips to Thailand. But just in case, keep everything else ready. If they ask for something, even at the fast track counter, you should have it.
Hey, just want to confirm like we have to show them proof of funds in bank account only ? Or we can show them in cash ? Suppose if 2 people travelling , then each of them have to show currency separately ? Cash is accepted because I work on cash only
@bovinhastir1232 At the visa on arrival counter, if they demand to see funds, then it will have to be currency only. You may carry either THB or another popular currency like USD. If two people are travelling together as friends, they have to show currency separately. Bank statements are not accepted as proof of funds.
Hi bro … hotel reservation for one room and sharing with two people. Do we need show another person name in hotel booking output ? Or just we need to explain , both of us going to stay in same room
@shanmugasundaramnachimuthu6946 Before I answer your query, I will suggest that you watch my latest video on Thailand immigration: ua-cam.com/video/84iZ-Y8zJAs/v-deo.html And about the hotel booking, if the two of you are traveling together and go to immigration together, then the hotel booking can be in one person's name. If anyone asks, just explain.
What about transit?? I have a 19hours 10 mins layover for my connecting flight to Japan. Am I eligible for visa on arrival?? Also, do I need to book a hotel?? I will come back to the airport before my flight. Also my booking number is the same. Travelling by Thai Airways Kolkata -> Bangkok -> Japan
Hi. The proof of funds, if they ask for it, will have to be in cash only. It can be THB or USD or another popular currency. Bank statement or cards, etc., are not accepted as proof of funds. And the visa fee has to be paid in Thai currency only.
@pragyachauhan If I have any leftover THB, I save it for my next trip to Thailand. If you have any left, you may like to keep it or give it to a friend who is going to Thailand next. You may also sell it to a local money changer in India.
I am flying to Phuket. Please let me know, I will have to get the Visa at the port of entry (that is Bangkok for me) or I can get it at Phuket? The reason for asking is to plan my layover at Bangkok appropriately.
Hi. It is not possible to board a domestic flight in Thailand without clearing immigration first. As such, you will have to take your visa at Bangkok itself.
Hi sir am a seafarer from India,. I need to go to Thailand for joining ship in 4 day . Unfortunately i dont have time to take transit visa for seaman,. And embassy is also saying you can go and you will get visa frm there actually am confused......... As a seafarer from India do i need visa or not..?
@muhammedbilal2201 I do not know the rules for seafarers, but as a tourist with an Indian passport, you can go without a visa up to November 11, 2024. Only immigration is to be cleared, no need for a visa. Again, I do not know if there is anything different for seafarers. This is my video on visa free entry: ua-cam.com/video/94iJHKyoWUA/v-deo.html
Hi, Thanks for the information, please also let me know if they ask for Bank statements for the Visa on Arrival in Thailand. And also let me know how much cash to be carried in Thai Baht
@ARJDXB I would like you to know about the new Thailand visa rules for India. Please watch this video first. Then I will clarify any doubts you may have: ua-cam.com/video/qnGYiwdVOOg/v-deo.html
Beautifully explained as usual. So I don't need to do any kind of 'pre-registration' before leaving India? Would the immigration desk at India ask any question regrading this?
For Thailand Visa on Arrival, no pre-registration is required. Just gather all the documents as explained in the video, and go to the Fast Track visa on arrival counter. Pay the fee, hand over your docs, and they will process your visa within minutes. In India, the immigration officer will ask about the visa. You have to answer that you will be taking a visa on arrival. Most people who visit Thailand from India take visa only after arriving in Thailand. The immigration officers already know this.
@@desiyatri You're really amazing. Thank you very much. One more thing. What about the climate in Sep in Bangkok? Would it be too rainy? Would the flights face turbulence? What is your experience regarding this?
Flight turbulence can happen in any month of the year. I have travelled to Thailand between July and September. It was all normal in the flight. In Bangkok in September, yes, rain is likely. In fact, I was in Bangkok in October 2022, and it rained almost every day during my trip. I had to buy an umbrella there.
Yes, the electricity supply in Thailand is the same as in India. But you may need to buy a socket adaptor there because some hotels do not have international power sockets in the rooms. Adaptors are easily available. Even your hotel will provide it.
Hey I am planning to go in January of the upcoming year, but I haven't seen India in the list of E-visa. Could please check if Indians are still allowed to obtain E Visa or the visa on arrival, thanks
@rohithgrandhi8018 With an Indian passport, you can travel without a visa up to May 10, 2024. Here is more info: ua-cam.com/video/84iZ-Y8zJAs/v-deo.html
Hi. I have used the fast track option at Don Mueang Airport before the pandemic. I am sure it is available at every Thai international airport where visa on arrival is processed. At Suvarnabhumi, the document verification counters are common, and thereafter one can choose between normal and fast track. But I am not aware of the current setup at DMK. There are usually some staff members present in the visa on arrival area who staple photographs to visa application forms. Before standing in the queue, look for them and ask them. They will gladly take you to the fast track counter.
As of now, there is no rule which requires any test or vaccination certificate. Visa rules, though, have changed for citizens of a few countries. This video has details about Indian citizens: ua-cam.com/video/84iZ-Y8zJAs/v-deo.htmlsi=3Zo6hmAbj3Pwne5T
What the difference between e visa and visa counter... And what's time taken to get the visa approved as i am having a fight from bangkok to Phuket form 4 hours of my arrival in bangkok
Hi. E-visa on arrival is not a real e-visa. It is just visa on arrival with a different name, which does not give you any benefit but takes away an extra 500 Baht from you. I suggest counter visa for you. But when you are there, go to the Priority Counter, where they will charge 200 Baht more, and will process your visa within 5 to 10 minutes. To help me guide better, please tell if your PNR for the Phuket ticket is the same or different from your India-Bangkok ticket. I assume you are flying via Don Mueang Airport, is that correct?
I am travelling from Jakarta to Vientiane via DMK Thailand airport. My first flight frm Jakarta to bangkok is Air Asia Indonesia. From bangkok to Vientiane is Thai Air Asia Flight. 2 different PNR. I have 10 hours lay over at Bangkok. Do I need Transit visa at Bangkok.
Hi. I believe yes, you will need a transit visa, which can be a visa on arrival if you have an eligible passport. The thing is, unless AirAsia has sold you a single PNR "Fly-Thru" ticket, they will not let you check in for the next flight in the transit area. You will have to go to the departure area check in counters, which means passing through immigration.
Hi @godivaadwubiagyeman-bonsu3371 Passport holders of Ghana are not eligible for a visa on arrival in Thailand. You will have to apply for a tourist visa at the nearest Thai embassy or consulate, and the application has to be submitted in person.
For VOA do i need to maintain a minimum bank account balance apart from the 10+2200 baht to be carried in cash? For an indian citizen do they check Bank account balance/statement on arrival
Hi. There is no requirement of any bank statement or balance for a visa on arrival in Thailand. Only the requirements shown in this video are to be met.
Thanks for the informative video. I have a query regarding stay. Duration of my trip is 1 week which includes Bangkok, Pattaya (maybe) and Phuket but confirmed hotel booking has been done only for 3 days. As, we may leave for Pattaya or Phuket from Bangkok on 3rd day so, we haven't got any hotel bookings done for rest of the days. Can you please confirm if this may land us in trouble???
Hi. Confirmed hotel bookings for the entire stay is one of the requirements for Visa on Arrival. They may demand to see hotel confirmations. What I suggest is, to make some bookings for both Pattaya and Phuket with the free cancellation option. There are many hotels in both the locations which allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the check-in time. When you clear your visa and immigration, you can cancel the unwanted bookings and make new ones as per your final plan. Also, when applying for Visa on Arrival, opt for the Fast Track counter. You will pay 200 Baht more but will face the least amount of questioning.
@@saumyagupta3794 when u r going dear, solo trip, or family trip, how you book hotel booking without paying online payment, after reaching to the hotel location you pay hotel room booking, and which website or app you use to book hotel booking from India. What exact documentation is required for proof of funds ? We would be carrying 30k baht in cash for two people .In addition to this , do I need to submit my bank statement for proof of funds ?
Hi in some websites they mentioned min 6 months validity. My passport is expiring this year November 2024 and want to travel to Thailand on July. Is it ok or I have to renew?
Hi. Under the visa free policy, six month remaining validity is required. But under the visa on arrival policy, it is 30 days. Please wait for the policy news expected this month. If they extend the visa free policy, then renew your passport before travel. If they don't extend, then visa on arrival rules will apply.
Bro, I have a doubt regarding the cash. We are a 3 member group and I have exchanged 30000 THB with 75k inr. And the acknowledgement receipt is in my name only. So on arrival, is the same receipt enough for all three of us
Hi @anoopkrishnam6106 Please don't worry about the receipt because no one is going to ask about it. I see another problem, though. The funds requirement for visa on arrival is 10,000 Baht plus the visa fee. So, if you are planning to take VOA from the regular counter, you will need 12,000 Baht each, and if you're going for the fast track counter, the requirement will be 12,200 Baht. If you can arrange additional Thai Baht to pay the visa fee, that will be nice. Otherwise, try to take your visa from the fast track counter. Most of the times, at the fast track counter, a detailed scrutiny does not happen, and they do not ask about funds either. There is no guarantee, but this has been my experience during my last three trips to Thailand.
Hi. Apparently, your prospective employer has suggested that you visit Thailand on a tourist visa. Just follow visa on arrival or visa free process, as available on the date of your travel.
Hi @desiyatri, i have a query. I am travelling from Delhi to Bangkok and then there is a 3.5 layover for my connecting flight to Krabi. So at which airport should I be applying for VOA? Bangkok (suvarnbhumi) or krabi airport? This clarification from your end will really help me bro ! 😊
Hi. Actually, you don't have a choice. VOA has to be taken at Suvarnabhumi only. It is not possible to board a domestic flight in Thailand without clearing immigration first. When you land, seek help from your airline's staff. They will guide you on how to go about the visa and immigration process.
your visa on arrival will be prosse first in Swarna Bhumi airport! after get visa stamp! than exit way go dispatcher gate then get ur connecting flight!
@bovinhastir1232 The officials at the VOA counter do not accept bank statements as proof of funds. If they ask about funds, then you have to show currency only.
Very useful information- one doubt…. even children below 4 years and infant also requires us to fill the form and do we need to pay 2000thb even for them 🤑
Hi. The first thing, every visitor to Thailand, including infants and children, needs a visa to enter Thailand and the visa fee has to be paid for each applicant. The second issue of a "separate form" is not 100% clear to me because I never thought about it. If you look at the visa on arrival form, it has space for writing the names, dates and places of birth of minor children traveling on the same passport. So, my understanding is (and I could be wrong), if a child has a separate passport, then a separate form is required, and if a child's name is written on the passport of a parent, then a separate form for the child is not required. However, to be on the safer side, I suggest that while filling up the forms, you may fill up separate forms for the children as well. Also carry photographs of the children because if they ask for the photo, and you don't have it, taking a photo in the VOA area will cost 300 Baht per photo. And, of course, write the names/d.o.b., etc., of the minor applicants traveling on the same passport in the relevant VOA form. Whichever way they accept it, you will get the visa for everyone.
Hi, I’m traveling next week to Thailand. I live in USA and have a green card. But my passport is from El Salvador. Do I need to get a visa before or can I get it over there ?
Hi. You will need to obtain a visa before you travel. El Salvador passport holders are not eligible for visa on arrival and there is no visa exemption. A tourist visa will allow you to stay in Thailand for up to 60 days, which you may obtain from any of the following missions: Royal Thai Consulate-General, Chicago / Royal Thai Consulate-General, Los Angeles / Royal Thai Consulate-General, New York / Royal Thai Embassy, Washington D.C. You may consider using a local visa agent.
Hi, I have a doubt i am planning to travel to Phuket next month. I have booked the ticket from Bengaluru which has 1 stop at Bangkok and layover time is 1:40 mins. The ticket has same PNR number but has different flight numbers in it Question:- Do i need to get my Visa on Arrival at Bangkok airport or can I get at Phuket airport Is it mandatory to get the visa at Bangkok itself. If so i have left with only 1:40 mins of time. Please clarity here
I am guessing, you are traveling on AirAsia, Bengaluru to Phuket via DMK. See, even if there is a 1 hour 40 minute gap in the two flights, according to the best of my knowledge, you will have to clear visa and immigration at Don Mueang Airport only. You cannot take a domestic flight in Thailand without having cleared immigration. But there is no need to worry. This is what you will have to do: Carry a pre-filled visa on arrival application form with your photograph stapled on it. Also, keep your passport, return flight ticket & hotel confirmation printouts, your boarding card of BLR-DMK flight, and the cash to show (equal to 10,000 THB), ready. When your flight lands, you will see some AirAsia staff near the aircraft or in the arrival terminal building. I have seen AirAsia staff many times near the visa on arrival area carrying placards for the Phuket flight. They know, some passengers arriving at DMK will have a short connection to Phuket. Even if you do not see any AirAsia staff on the way, keep going towards the visa on arrival area. When you finally see them, just approach them. AirAsia staff will help you with getting your visa at a special counter or maybe in the common area at the fast track counter. Here, it is important not to go through the regular immigration queue. After your visa is stamped, you will be taken through a special immigration queue meant for transfer passengers. The AirAsia staff will guide you on how to proceed to board your flight to Phuket after immigration. Don't worry, the AirAsia website says that your connection to Phuket is protected by the airline. This is the language they have used there: "Your airline will cover the connection for this leg of your flight. This means that they'll: Transfer your bags to the next flight, and provide the necessary assistance in case you miss your connection. They also suggest that you may contact the airline for more information."
Fiji citizen here, voa is only 15 days? Im planning for 3 weeks. Also do i have to book hotels first. Was planning on booking hotels after arrival. Thanks
@chan-pz5jz I checked the latest info, and saw that Fiji is in the list of 93 countries which have been allowed visa waiver by Thailand. That should mean that you can visit Thailand without a visa for up to 60 days in a single visit. All you have to do is to clear immigration on arrival. No visa. But since Fiji is also in the list of "visa on arrival" counties, I guess this visa waiver may not be permanent. Actually, the info is a bit confusing. You may read it on the Tourist Authority of Thailand's website. I am not allowed to post links here, so please Google. And also verify the information from the Thai embassy in Fiji. About the hotels, you may book for the first few days in one booking, and for the remaining days on a "pay later - free cancellation basis". This type of bookings are available on Agoda.
Thank you for details, i see many other videos where passport should have 6 month of validity where you say 30 days minimum, kindly please confirm on this
Hi. For the Thailand sticker visa, which you take before travel, the remaining passport validity should be 6 months. But for visa on arrival, the requirement is only 30 days.

Hi. I just got this information from the website of the Thai embassy in Tel Aviv: "Nationals of Israel are eligible to travel to Thailand, for tourism purpose, with the exemption of visa and are permitted to stay in Thailand for a period of not exceeding 30 days. However, please make sure that you are in possession of a passport valid for at least 6 months, a round-trip air ticket, and adequate finances equivalent to at least US$1,000 per person or US$2,000 Baht per family. Otherwise, you may be inconvenienced upon entry into the country. Furthermore, an Israeli who enters Thailand under this Tourist Visa Exemption Scheme may re-enter and stay in Thailand for a cumulative duration of stay of not exceeding 90 days within any 6-month period from the date of first entry. If you enter Thailand by a land crossing, you will normally be allowed to stay for up to 15 days without a visa." Hope it helps.
Hi @harigovindpazhat7893 I have not seen a background color specification for the visa on arrival photo, but I always use white. Actually, white is the common background color for a visa photo, regardless of which country you are visiting. Therefore, I will suggest white for you too.
we are a grp of 3 friends, and have a four hour layout at Bangkok airport before our next flight to karabi ..would we be able to clear our immigration and get visa in time?
Hi. No. Visa on arrival is available to citizens of a select list of countries and the maximum stay allowed under this type of visa is 15 days including the days of entry and exit. There is a different list of countries whose citizens enjoy visa exemption and get entry for 14, 30, or 90 days, depending on their nationality.
Hi. If they ask you to show funds, then it will have to be cash only, in THB, USD or another popular currency. Cards or bank statement, etc., are not accepted. However, if you opt for the fast track VOA, there is a great chance that they may not ask you to show funds because a detailed scrutiny does not happen at the fast track counter. There is no guarantee, but this has been my experience.
Hi,I have a connecting flight to phuket via bangkok from bangalore.Same pnr luggage checked till phuket with 1.5 hr layover. Will i need to get my visa in phuket or bangkok?
Hi. It is not possible to board a domestic flight in Thailand without clearing immigration first. You will have to take your visa at Bangkok itself, and the airline staff will help you get it well in time. Go with a pre-filled VOA application form, with your photo stapled on it. Keep all documents ready so that you do not waste any time. If it is a single PNR ticket, your airline is responsible for the short connection. They already know it, and will make sure that you get your visa.
Hi friend. When leaving Thailand, the immigration officer sees your boarding card and passport. If you are going to a country other than Ethiopia, then they may ask for Visa status for that country. No other docs or copies are needed.
Q1. Do I need to have a mandatory travel insurance for VOA? Q2. Is it mandatory to have booking confirmation of all the days of the trip. Is it ok that I have first 2 days confirmed booking and remaining days booking will be done based on the cheapest available hotel after reaching Thailand? Q3. How to show proof of funds?
(1) Travel insurance is not mandatory for VOA. (2) Yes, you need confirmed hotel bookings for your entire stay in Thailand. Actually, I believe that the cheapest available hotel can be found online even before you travel. Searching for a hotel after reaching Thailand wastes a lot of time. If you want to go without booking, the best way is to book with the free cancellation option. After crossing visa and immigration, you can cancel the unwanted bookings, and then book again the way you want it. (3) Proof of funds has to be shown in cash only. Thai Baht or USD, etc., is accepted. It is recommended to opt for Fast Track visa. At the Fast Track counter, detailed scrutiny does not happen, and the visa is issued within minutes.
@@desiyatri Thanks for the reply. With regard to Q3, first I need to convert INR to USD which is equivalent to 10K THB at India itself to show proof of fund. Hope my undertanding is correct.
Actually, you have to show funds in cash only, and any popular currency is accepted there. I don't recommend carrying INR to Thailand because INR exchange rate there is terrible. So, carrying USD is better. The other option is to get Thai Baht in India itself, if you can get it at a good rate. A premium of 5% over the inter-bank rate is a good deal for Thai Baht. If you have BookMyForex service in your city, they can deliver Thai currency at approximately 5% premium. For paying the visa fee, you will need Thai currency. At least that much you will need to carry or change in the visa area. For showing the funds, it can be another currency equal to 10,000 Baht. My experience is that if you opt for the fast track visa, they are not asking for it. There is no detailed scrutiny or questioning there. What I do is, at the document verification counter, I show them 2200 Baht. That means I will take fast track visa. At the fast track counter, they do not ask me to show money. That way, I have entered Thailand with just my ATM card, and no cash. After reaching Bangkok city, I withdrew Thai Baht from an ATM.
@@desiyatri Thanks for the information. At normal counter of VOA, is the scrutiny strictness different based on type of traveller. That is scrutiny strict for a single guy compared to a married couples?
Hi. For the visa on arrival fee, you have to pay 2000 Thai Baht per person. If you are asking about the cost of your holiday, that I can't say. Please consult a travel agent.
Hi. For visa on arrival, the photo specification is 4x6 cm. For sticker visa, it is 3.5x4.5 cm. And if your passport is eligible for visa-free entry, then no photo is needed.
There is no ATM in the visa / immigration area, but there are a few exchange counters. The exchange rates at those counters are so bad that you will almost get robbed. If you can find Thai currency before travel just to pay for the visa fee, do that. The rest, carry in USD, and change it into Thai Baht after crossing immigration. If you have BookMyForex service in your city, you can buy Thai currency from them for your entire trip. I have posted five videos on currency exchange in Thailand, and the 6th one is coming today. All these videos will help you save money when you do money exchange in Thailand. Here is the link to the playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLcii2WHhv2RsC8SdEYpufzToOinX_WPEw.html
@@desiyatribro how to get money, if I want to exchange Indian currency into Thai baht, so how to BookMyForex mean how to book which website or app or how to type humble request to you bro 🙏🙏🙏🙏
In Google, type BookMyForex, and you will see their website. If they have service in your city, you can pay online in Rupees and they will deliver Thai Baht to you. Otherwise, take USD from India and change to Baht after reaching Thailand. Do not carry Indian Rupees to Thailand because INR-THB exchange rate is terrible.

Hi @chennagayathri7044 The easiest way to do this is for your brother to carry a confirmed hotel booking with a free cancellation option. After the visa and immigration are cleared, the booking can be cancelled. There can be two bookings. One for the first day, which will get utilized. The second booking, for the remaining days, can be for a hotel which allows free cancellation upto the check-in time. The other option is for him to carry a physical invitation letter, printed or written, and signed by you. This letter will say that your brother is invited to stay with you during his visit. Your brother's name, date of birth, his passport number, and current address will be mentioned in the letter. In addition, the letter will mention your name, address, and visa status in Thailand, which permits you to stay there on a long-term basis. You will need to attach copies of your passport, visa proof, and address proof in Thailand. Regardless of which option you choose, I will suggest that your brother opt for the fast track visa on arrival. At the fast track counter, a detailed scrutiny does not happen, and the visa gets cleared without trouble.
@sparrowsuthir When visa on arrival is required, it takes 5 to 10 minutes with the fast track option and 30 minutes to one hour at the normal counter. However, between November 10, 2023, and May 10, 2024, visa-free entry is allowed for Indian passport holders. If you have an Indian passport, during this period, you can enter Thailand without a visa. That means, you only have to clear immigration. No need to go to the visa on arrival counter. You may like to watch my video on visa-free entry at this link: ua-cam.com/video/qnGYiwdVOOg/v-deo.html
Hi. Your visa and immigration will take place at Don Mueang Airport itself. It is not possible to board a domestic flight in Thailand without clearing immigration first. May I know how much time you have at DMK before boarding the flight to Phuket?
This is what I know: The airline staff in the VOA area will help you in getting the visa quickly. Actually, eVOA is not a real e-visa. It is just a pre-arrival registration for VOA. You will still have to go to the visa on arrival counter. There may be some fast track visa applicants ahead of you in the queue. After they get their application submitted, you can submit yours. The visa counter staff may ask you to show your return air ticket, hotel bookings, funds, etc. After the visa is stamped on your passport, the airline staff will help you clear immigration through a special area. It is different from the regular immigration queue. After that special immigration, you can proceed to board your flight to Phuket. The layover time of 1.5 hours is short, but you can make it. Seek help from the airline staff after landing. They are usually present in the VOA area, carrying placards for the connecting flights.
Where is a counter of express visa which have taken extra 200/- bath and give fastest visa? & visa fees counter is different or same counter? Travel insurance is compulsory or not? I have 3 questions plz solve this.. Thank You
Hi. I am answering your question keeping the Suvarnabhumi Airport in mind, but other Thai airports have a similar setup. At the entry of the visa on arrival hall, there are document verification counters. At these counters, they will see your documents to make sure everything is in order. You have to show them the application fee in cash at the verification counters. So, show 2200 Baht here. After verification, you go inside to the visa application counters. The counter in the front is the Fast Track counter, where you submit your application along with the fee. So, the visa application counter and the fee counter are the same. At the fast track counter, they usually write words like "Fast Track" or "Priority", etc. The normal counters are on the right side corner. Nowadays, the Fast Track counter is the default counter, and they expect every applicant to choose the fast track option. To your third question, no, travel insurance is not compulsory for Thailand visa on arrival. Please don't hesitate to reply to this comment or write another comment if you need any other information or clarification.
@@desiyatri normally how much time your spending on fast visa applied on Suvarnabhumi after landing? And one more different questions best exchange rates near walking street pattaya which is best?
At Suvarnabhumi, it takes 10 to 15 minutes in the document verification queue, and then another 10 minutes for visa processing at the fast track counter. After that, you have to go to the immigration counter. About the best exchange rates in Pattaya, I have a video on that: ua-cam.com/video/id8B9sxtFUg/v-deo.html Also, you may like to watch my complete Thailand Money Exchange Playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLcii2WHhv2RsC8SdEYpufzToOinX_WPEw.html
Covid vaccination certificate is not required in Thailand. I had carried my certificate in June 2023, but no one in Thailand or India asked to see it. The arrival process is like this: Visa > Immigration > Baggage Belts > Customs > Exit. In the Customs area, they have an X-ray scanner. At random, they ask passengers to keep their bags in the scanner.
Hi. You need a verifiable hotel confirmation, preferably from a booking site such as MakeMyTrip or Agoda. The payment status can be "Pay Later" or "Pay at Hotel". However, if the payment pending status is mentioned on the booking confirmation, and the staff at the document verification or visa counter notice it, they may ask you to show additional funds for the hotel cost. You may also tell them that you will pay for the hotel with a credit card. If you go to the Fast Track visa on arrival counter (recommended), they generally do not see anything other than your return flight ticket. At the document verification counter also, keep 2200 Baht on top of your documents. Showing 2200 Baht will mean that you want a Fast Track visa. That usually works. However, for your peace of mind, it is better if you travel with confirmed and paid hotel bookings.
Hi @bestsinghvlogs633 If you are planning to take visa on arrival, then a bank account or bank statement does not serve any purpose. If they ask you to show proof of funds, you will have to show cash only, at the visa on arrival counter. You can show Thai Baht or another popular currency such as USD, etc. The requirement is 10,000 Baht per person and 20,000 Baht per family. The visa is required in addition to that. However, if you choose to take a fast track visa on arrival, they may just demand the visa fee of 2200 Baht, and may not ask you to show proof of funds. The reason is, at the fast track counter, a detailed scrutiny does not happen. There is no guarantee, but that is what I have observed during my last three visits to Thailand.
Hi @sambhajishinde8428 While returning, the passport control at the Thai airport will see your passport and boarding card. If you are coming back to India, they will not ask anything else. The Indian immigration while returning will also see your passport and boarding card only. No other document copies are needed.
hello brother, im solo backpacking in thailand next month, so thats why i will only book hostel for first 2 days only, then will book onwards as per my travrl plan .... will it work ?
Hello. Since it is necessary to show confirmed hotel bookings for the entire stay in Thailand, you may book for the remaining days with a free cancellation option. After clearing visa and immigration, you may cancel the unwanted bookings and make new ones as per your need.
Hi @desiyatri. Thank u for this video. Very helpful. 1 query - the thai emabassy delhi says i can get a 15 + 7 day extension on the airport immigeration. You have specified no more than 15 days. I have a 20 day trip in 2 days. Pls help
Hi. To the best of my knowledge, visa on arrival can't be extended beyond 15 days, including the days of arrival and departure. What some people are doing is, they are overstaying in Thailand, and then at the time of leaving, they are paying an overstay penalty of 500 Baht per day, per person. That is a risky way of doing things, and sometimes, in addition to the cash penalty, Thai immigration can also put an overstay stamp on your passport, or bar you from future entry. The overstay is entirely your responsibility and I do not recommend it. Another issue with visa on arrival is, at the time of applying for the visa, they will demand to see an air ticket for exit within 15 days. You will have to manage that, like buying a flexible ticket and changing the date after entering Thailand.
Thanks for sharing experience, but i have question if i will not show hotel booking and i only write apartments address where i have to stay there will be some problem? Or i have to proof something more? Because im going to stay in my friends apartment
Hi. I think there is a way to do that, but please confirm it from another source as well. If your friend is legally staying in Thailand, meaning he has a valid visa permitting him to stay on a long-term basis, then he can invite you to stay with him. You will need your friend's passport and visa copy, and other relevant documents copy, and an invitation letter from him addressed to you, which contains the friend's visa or work status, passport details, and the apartment address. That invitation letter may be accepted as proof of stay. Again, confirm this from another source before acting on it. However, there is an easier way. Just carry confirmed hotel bookings with a free cancellation option, which can be cancelled after you clear the visa and immigration. So, make two hotel bookings. One booking for only the first day of stay, which will not be cancelled. And another booking from the second day onwards, with a free cancellation option. Because there will be a one-day gap, you will have adequate time to cancel that second booking. Another advice, choose the Fast Track visa option because at the fast track counter, a detailed scrutiny does not happen. At the verification counter also, show them 2200 Baht cash for visa fee, which will mean that you will take fast track visa.
@@desiyatri thank you so much for detailed answer, yes i think booking will be more convenient and about fast track visa how i can choose? its just only fast track counter that i have to only go there right?
Yes, the document verification counter where you go first is common. At this counter, along with your documents, show them 2200 Baht cash as fee. That will mean that you will be taking fast track visa. After verification, you just go to the fast track counter and hand over your passport and application form along with 2200 Baht cash. They usually don't ask for any other documents.
Hey, thanks for the great video. I live in Japan, have a work visa for 3 more years. Is the video applicable for NRIs as well? What should i fill in the form for permanent address?
Hi. If you have an Indian passport, you are eligible for VOA. About the address, you can write your current address in Japan. My earlier passport had my Chandigarh address, but I was staying in Bengaluru. During those days, I used to write my Bengaluru address in the VOA application form. It worked every time.
Bro am planning to tarvel 9th aug 22 to 22 aug 23 (14 days) with my family . Bro 14 days main koi problem to nahi hogi visa main. RTPCR ki requirement at present wha per .pl guide mev
Hi. If you enter Thailand on 9th August and leave on 22nd August, it is a total stay of 14 days, which is allowed with Visa on Arrival. Your plan is good. And at present, there is no requirement of RTPCR or vaccination certificate in Thailand.
Thanks for the video. Can I bring USD equivalent to the 20000 THB for proof of finance? THB exchange rate in India is horrible. So just planning to get the 2000 THB visa fee
Yes, you can bring USD. However, if you have BookMyForex service in your city, they deliver Thai currency at approximately 5% premium over the interbank rate. That is also a good deal. About bringing 2000 Baht for the visa fee, I will suggest taking 2200 Baht and opting for the Fast Track visa on arrival. That one is quick, and trouble-free. Also, you may like to view my Thailand Currency Exchange Playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLcii2WHhv2RsC8SdEYpufzToOinX_WPEw.html
If you are going to the visa on arrival counter as a family, then a single printout of tickets and hotel bookings will do. Hotel booking can be in one person's name but the number of people should match.
Hi. Currently, there is no requirement of RTPCR for going to Thailand or coming back to India. I traveled to Thailand in June 2023, and had carried my vaccination certificate. But no one asked to see it.
One more question we total 3 friend trvael together and we have hotel booked but on the hotel confirmation showed only one name but already we booked 3 separate rooms for each one but showing only one name on our hotel booking voucher then how can we manage on visa arrival?
Yes, if the three of you are going to the visa counter together, then the hotel bookings can be in a single name. But carry separate printouts for each friend. If they ask, just say that one friend did the hotel booking for everyone. But usually, at the Fast Track counter, they don't ask.
@@desiyatri and you mentioned that photos size for visa on arrival is 4*6 cm with white background than any specific size or percanatage how much face cover on photo size? And we applied photo with gum our self or visa officials applied photo themselves.. and photo stick with gum or its steplerd with steplerd pin?
A photo with approximate 4x6 cm size is acceptable. They have not specified the face coverage ratio. Usually, they are not very strict about the photo specifications. If you carry a photo separately, they will staple it on your visa application form. Gum is not used.
@elizacringanu7050 I have done some reading just now. What I see is, when traveling on a cruise, the cruise company takes care of the visa, even when a passenger is eligible for a visa on arrival. They collect the documents, the visa on arrival fee, and handling fee, etc., and arrange the visa for you through an agency. They will know the visa facilities at the port of call. I suggest that you contact the cruise operator in this regard.
Hi. Hotel confirmations for the entire stay are mandatory for visa on arrival. But it is ok to carry multiple booking confirmations for all your stay dates. In the VOA application form, you may write the name and address of the first hotel of stay in Thailand. If you are planning to change your stay plan after landing in Thailand, it is possible to book hotels with free cancellation and pay later options. That way, after your visa/immigration is done, you can cancel the unwanted hotel bookings and make new bookings as per your plans. Both Agoda and MakeMyTrip offer hotel bookings in Thailand with Pay Later - Free Cancellation benefits. Just be careful to cancel the bookings within the free cancellation period.
Hey bro, so from what I understood, my first hotel is booked and paid for, and my other hotels during thr stay are all confirmed with free cancellation option. So for these remaining bookings, no requirement to show payment status yes unlike the first booking?
Hi @nolanmenezes835 If you have booking confirmation emails or booking vouchers with you at the time of applying for visa on arrival, for all practical purposes, you will be able to stay in those hotels. And I am talking of booking confirmations from websites such as MakeMyTrip and Agoda. Not a direct email from a hotel. If the bookings are confirmed with a "Pay Later" or "Pay at Hotel" option, it is still ok. Generally, the staff at the document verification counter or visa on arrival counter do not see hotel confirmations in that much detail. And if you go to the Fast Track counter, they may not even look at your hotel bookings. All they usually see is the return flight ticket. However, if the payment pending status is showing on the booking confirmations, and the verification or the visa counter staff somehow notice it, they may ask you to show additional funds to be paid for the hotels. It is not a big deal. And again, I suggest that you go to the Fast track counter. At the verification counter also, keep 2200 Baht on top of your documents. Showing 2200 Baht means that you want a Fast Track visa. Once they see 2200 Baht cash, they will not ask questions.
Hi. If they ask you to show money, then a bank statement or credit card will not work. It will have to be cash only, either THB or USD or another popular currency. However, it may be possible to avoid this proof of funds scrutiny if you opt for fast track VOA. You will pay 200 Baht extra, but usually at the fast track counter, they don't ask questions. No guarantee, but this has been my personal experience.
Hi. It is like this. If they ask for proof of funds, then you have to show cash only. It can be Thai Baht or USD or another popular currency. Bank statement or credit cards, etc., are not accepted. However, usually, at the Fast Track counter, they are not asking for proof of funds. A detailed scrutiny does not happen at that counter. There is no guarantee, but it is my experience that by using the Fast Track option, you can avoid showing funds.
Hi! Thanks for the video. I plan to apply for Tourist visa online for myself and my mother. Is there a separate category for family visa? Can I apply it together or as a separate application? Please advise
Hi. The e-visa on arrival, which you are looking at, is not a real e-visa. It is just a pre-arrival registration for visa on arrival. After landing in Thailand, you will still have to go to the regular visa on arrival counter. And you will pay 560 Baht extra for each online application. As well as I know, there is no family category in visa on arrival. But, I am not aware of how applications are submitted and processed on the e-VOA website.
@archanajavgal3914 Actually, for Thailand Visa on Arrival, bank statements do not serve any purpose. When you go to the visa on arrival counter, you have to show proof of funds in cash only. It is 10,000 Baht per person, and when two members of a family are traveling together, the requirement will be 20,000 Baht total. Funds can be in THB, USD, or another popular currency. What I have observed during my last three trips to Thailand, if you opt for the fast track visa on arrival, they don't ask for proof of funds. A detailed scrutiny does not happen at the fast track counter. You pay 200 Baht extra per applicant, and your visa is processed quickly and without any trouble. Of course, there is no guarantee that they will not ask you to show funds, but generally, they don't.
Thank you for the video! I'm Mexican and i was wondering if i can just jump on the plane and travel. My flight arrives to Chiang Mai and i think i can just do the process once i get there, IS THAT RIGHT?
Hi. Yes, that is correct. Mexican passport holders are eligible for a visa on arrival in Thailand. All the rules you see in this video, apply to you. If you have all the documents and funds, you will get visa for 15 days, including the days of arrival and exit.
Hi @Asfandandfonz First of all, thank you for subscribing to my channel. I really appreciate it. About the Thailand visa, with a Pakistani passport, you will have to take it from your nearest Thai embassy. Pakistan is not in the list of countries eligible for a visa on arrival.
Hi. The Philippines passport holders are covered by a visa exemption. And because there is no visa, there is no fee to be paid. To the requirements you mentioned, just add funds to show for expenses during the stay.
Hello. No, credit card does not work for this purpose. If they ask you to show proof of funds, it has to be in currency only. Thai Baht or USD or other convertible currency is acceptable. However, if you opt for the Fast Track visa on arrival, you may be able to avoid showing money (but no guarantee). At the fast track counter, a detailed scrutiny does not happen. Just carry 2200 Baht cash to pay for the visa fee. The rest you can manage after clearing visa and immigration. about the new rules: What will happen to the people who settled there with financial abilities to live there without working 3--4 years ago and they got married and have children.
Hi. I am sorry but I have no knowledge of that topic.
Superb and crystal clear explanation 👍👍
Thank you friend. I greatly appreciate your support 😊
Great vid bro! Awesome coverage and clear explanation. What is your opinion on the E-VOA or E-visa process?
@epeliloganimoce6651 In my opinion, E-VOA is a process which costs you some 650 Baht extra, but you don't get anything in return. In addition to the extra money, you have to take the trouble of scanning and uploading your documents. I feel that the best option is to just go to the VOA counter, and show them the documents in person. And these are the same documents which you will have to show them even after taking E-VOA.

Thanks
Beginning of this year they had changed from 30 days to 45 days validity. Is it the same or changed again
Hi. Effective April 1, 2023, the visa-free stay in Thailand for US passport holders is back to 30 days. And US passport holders need not go to the Visa on arrival counter. They can go straight to immigration. No fee is required to be paid. However, the passport needs to have a remaining validity of at least 6 months.
now no differnce between priority and normal. they ask 200 bhat as bribe and give visa
Yes, the priority counter is default now. Still, if they ask fewer questions, and process the visa faster, it is worth 200 Baht extra.
Thanks for the info
Thanks for your valuable video
But i have a doubt?
I am an Indian,
First i am traveling to Vietnam, from Vietnam i am traveling to Phuket (Thailand).
2) My flight is from Hanoi(Vietnam) to Phuket via Bangkok with 5 hours layover
3) My question is, do i need to take Thailand visa in Bangkok 5 layover time or after reaching Phuket?
We plan to travel directly to Chiang Mai from Delhi via a connecting flight in Bangkok.
However, the transit/layover is only for 2 hours at Bangkok.
How long does the visa and customs process take at the airport? Asking to ensure we would be able to make it for the Chiang Mai connecting flight on time
Hi. Can you please share if you are flying to Chiang Mai on the same airline on a single PNR, and which airport in Bangkok?
@desiyatri About proof of funds, Should we have the mentioned money in hand or can it be shown in bank account ?

hi bro, Thanks for clearcut clarification.. need a info that i have booked ticket to chiang mai but my flight first land in bkk.. so i need to get visa on arraival at bkk or can get in chiangmai
Hi. It is not possible to board a domestic flight in Bangkok without clearing visa and immigration. Hence, you will have to take your visa at BKK.
When I get a visa from the Thai Embassy in my country of residence, do I have to do all of that?
Hi. When you arrive in Thailand with a prior visa, you can go straight to immigration. The immigration officer will see your passport, boarding card, return ticket, hotel bookings, and funds to cover expenses during the stay.
Thanks for the video! Very useful. What are the wait times approximately at the regular and fast track counters?
Thanks @@desiyatri

If two people are travelling together as friends, they have to show currency separately. Bank statements are not accepted as proof of funds.

@kumarshivang7 Thank you 😊
Beautifully explained as usual.
@@desiyatri Now the matter is clear to me. Do the usual chargers of the mobile and the camera work there? Is the input voltage 220V like India?
Yes, the electricity supply in Thailand is the same as in India. But you may need to buy a socket adaptor there because some hotels do not have international power sockets in the rooms. Adaptors are easily available. Even your hotel will provide it.
Hey I am planning to go in January of the upcoming year, but I haven't seen India in the list of E-visa. Could please check if Indians are still allowed to obtain E Visa or the visa on arrival, thanks

Is the fast track option available in Don mueang airport?

Thanks
You are most welcome 😊
Please can a Ghanaian passport holder get visa on arrival in thailand

I applied for a job in Thailand. They told me that I need to reserve a return flight and visa on arrival. Can u explain me reg that.

Hi. Actually, you don't have a choice. VOA has to be taken at Suvarnabhumi only. It is not possible to board a domestic flight in Thailand without clearing immigration first. When you land, seek help from your airline's staff. They will guide you on how to go about the visa and immigration process.

@bovinhastir1232 The officials at the VOA counter do not accept bank statements as proof of funds. If they ask about funds, then you have to show currency only.

Hi. May I know which country's passport you hold?
Hi,
I have a doubt i am planning to travel to Phuket next month. I have booked the ticket from Bengaluru which has 1 stop at Bangkok and layover time is 1:40 mins.
The ticket has same PNR number but has different flight numbers in it
Question:- Do i need to get my Visa on Arrival at Bangkok airport or can I get at Phuket airport
Is it mandatory to get the visa at Bangkok itself.
Yes, its Airasia. Thank you for the information. It was very helpful 😊

Hi @user-kn9kv6mc2y Currently, it is not required to carry any vaccination certificate, test report, or insurance.

We heard that it's extended for 90 days visa on arrival I am from Israel
Hi. I just got this information from the website of the Thai embassy in Tel Aviv:
"Nationals of Israel are eligible to travel to Thailand, for tourism purpose, with the exemption of visa and are permitted to stay in Thailand for a period of not exceeding 30 days.
If you enter Thailand by a land crossing, you will normally be allowed to stay for up to 15 days without a visa."
Hope it helps.
Which background color required for the photo background
Hi @harigovindpazhat7893 I have not seen a background color specification for the visa on arrival photo, but I always use white. Actually, white is the common background color for a visa photo, regardless of which country you are visiting. Therefore, I will suggest white for you too.

No, they just want everyone to opt for fast track. At the normal counter, they punish you because you are trying to save 200 Baht.
For example if I want to go to 4 island in the thailand for 4 people how much it will charge ? If couple together with less pay or how ?
Hi. For the visa on arrival fee, you have to pay 2000 Thai Baht per person. If you are asking about the cost of your holiday, that I can't say. Please consult a travel agent.
Some say photo size 3.5x4.5
Some say 4x6cm ??? Which is correct
Hi. For visa on arrival, the photo specification is 4x6 cm. For sticker visa, it is 3.5x4.5 cm. And if your passport is eligible for visa-free entry, then no photo is needed.
Is there any atm before visa on arrival counter? If not what are options to do currency exchange and how much they charge( exchange rate etc)
Hi. Will you be doing a road trip?
Hello... my brother is coming to my home in Bangkok ....
so in that case he is not booking any hotel .... what can he show for his stay ?
Hi,
Brother got cleared in visa, just want to know how long it will take to issue arrival visa.
@@desiyatri 1.5 hours layover time, I have evoa approved in my name

At Suvarnabhumi, it takes 10 to 15 minutes in the document verification queue, and then another 10 minutes for visa processing at the fast track counter. After that, you have to go to the immigration counter.
If the hotel booking has to paid?or reserve with confirmation id.

Do we require any documents copies/xerox while returning from thailand trip?
You will have to manage that, like buying a flexible ticket and changing the date after entering Thailand.
thanks for ur detailed response @@desiyatri I am currently at an impasse cus my flights are non refundable. Will keep u posted. many thnku

Is there any atm in Suvarnabhumi or dmk airport before visa counter
Hi. No, there are no ATMs before visa and immigration. But there are exchange counters, where you can change popular currencies.
@@desiyatri thank you, it will be my first trip in the Thailand so I worry little bit

For verification, are the documents like hotel reservation flight tickets etc. required per person or per family?
If you are going to the visa on arrival counter as a family, then a single printout of tickets and hotel bookings will do. Hotel booking can be in one person's name but the number of people should match.
@@desiyatri thanks again 😊🙏

Rtpcr report is required for going to bangkok or coming back to india?
If I travel by cruise,I can take visa on arrival? We will stop 2 times in Thailand. Thanks
@elizacringanu7050 Just to be sure that you need a visa to enter Thailand, may I know which country's passport you hold?
I have Romanian passport, I know I need visa ,but I can take from the port ? Because I will travel with the cruise
Can you please clarify this , Is it mandatory to show hotel booking information ? I m planning to stay multiple hotels for different different days .
@@desiyatri Thank you. Appreciate your quick and valuable information reply.
Happy to help 😊 You are welcome to write a comment anytime for any other information or clarification relating to Thailand travel.
Proof of funds need to show cash or bank statement?
What do I submit as funds proof? Bank statement or is there a document I should collect from bank in advance?
Oh okay, got it! I was wondering if I could show my bank statements for my mother's application too. @@desiyatri
It is clear now. Thank you so much for your help @@desiyatri

Hi. For Philippine passport still do we need to pay 2000 bath? Requirements:
Passport
Confirmed hotel booking
And the plane ticket?

Hi. The Philippines passport holders are covered by a visa exemption. And because there is no visa, there is no fee to be paid. To the requirements you mentioned, just add funds to show for expenses during the stay.

Thanks for the video. can we show credit card for the proof of funds 10000 baht?
