Everything fluctuates. There are times of being busy and slow, but where I'm at it almost always balances out. There's one idea of getting your name out that I kinda fell into. I bought a business doing placemats from a guy who was getting sick and wanted to sell. Every placemat I produce has an ad for my barbershop. That's thousands of opportunities to get my shop's name in front of people, and we've picked up multiple new clients as a result. I cut out the middle man by owning the means of advertising. Although I will say it's hard work trying to run two businesses like that 😂

How can i get new people in my chair to practice on when being a beginner babrer no experience? Same way? Let people know im a barber give out cards etc? I want them to trust me lmao or the two people i have already keep pravticing on them until i see ive gotten better then pass out cards etc?

From a beginner give em an incentive to come offer free cuts or if the client brings you in a homie take 5 bucks off his cut if you charging
