Ya. Hagrid locos for example come back WITH the buff. And major mana ramp for decks with both snitch + niffler. He's very good.
It doesn’t work on dark cards but everything else works

There's already a Sirius echo in Taiwan version. Might be released later this year.

Only for Thunderstorm deck can using him properly, but not that well compare to young H companion

It can but it's not that good for Luna. Dumbledore won't copy Luna's special 2 cost summons.

It's already available in CN. It's been there for over a year.
