Since Harry Potter Magic Awakened is a game that has various cards and combos, it's impossible to arrange those cards by tier. Because one card can be useless when used with another card, but it can be more useful when paired with another card, like Oppugno with Broomstick.
Also, every card has a counter, and it can even be a less-used card. So it's like you can't just tell people that Whoopers are S-tier cards, since there are Confringo, Sectumsempra, and others that can counter them.
Further more, in Chinese server can only tell you "how much is picked" and "win rate if picked" only.

I find it funny that its called "Harry Potter: Magic Awakening" - yet he is not even in the TOP 5 of best characters....the dude gets no respect.
That’s because he’s a joke of a wizard compared to some others. Only uses low level spells throughout the books/movies (with maybe two exceptions; Expecto Patronum and insert whatever you want here).

If you watch the video, at the beginning, it's already said that "it not possible to tiering the cards since there are counters."
And with that, every card tiering is just some scam that lies you when you are not using that card properly, combining combo, pack-up with right choice echoes.
Even in the CN server, the dev doesn't have the right to decide to tiering the card themself.
Remember this word :
"Every card has their purpose, don't expect healing card to be tier S if you use in damaging deck"
I do not give hands to make card tiering videos because it is false information to the player, and i don't like it a bit.

Hagrid is largely going to depend on what level your summons are, but yeah, depending on how you play him could make it easier as well.

PvP = Player vs Player
PvE = Player vs Environment [ any fights that aren't against other players ] the reason it's not called PvM = Player vs Monsters instead, is because sometimes maybe falling rocks will happen while you are fighting the monster
Buff = a bonus that makes the card better

If you are focusing on one high cost card, it can be beneficial. But you need to be able to put out low-cost cards quickly and skillfully for it to work.
