  • This video is for you if you just want to get out of your own way. You've either started or returned to your personal healing or growth journey, and are feeling frustrated that it just doesn't seem to be "working". Maybe you find yourself reverting back to the same old patterns that took you on this search for enlightenment in the first place. You've bought all the books, watched the videos, and listened to the podcasts, yet you're feeling frustrated and stuck at the lack of "progress".
In this video, I hope you may find a missing key component that can help foster a renewed understanding.

    Great video Dia,
I just heard about IFS (internal Family System ) Therapy from a yogi recommending it in a chat group about overcoming past trauma so it's very coincidentally you are quoting and showing a book about it in your video.
I appreciate you are doing a lot of work and making it easier for all of us to understand from your insights as saves me a lot of time reading and researching, ha . 😉
Also, my dream list night was exactly what you were speaking of as I journaled about how it brought up feelings of pain and despair in separation.
Was like the situation of when you had love and belief you were special to someone and then found that it wasn't really true as they found it in someone else instead.
This feeling seems to set me adrift on the ocean of loneliness and despair as it seems there is no way to get these feelings out or feel support for these feelings in this situation thus making it even harder to win back the lost love or accept and understand their feelings.
Only love and compassion for oneself eventually give us the strength to carry on and have the time and space to do our inner work. To force us to "not put all our eggs in one basket" and to understand it's stored in our body and protected by our reactions like you say so becomes a pattern of our behavior is a great insight Thanks.
I am so very glad we can share, support, and connect with each other on this journey.
    Thanks Dia, 🥰

Ah yes, I have been one in the past to “put all my eggs in one basket” as you say. I think we search for homes in all the wrong places instead of seeing home in ourselves. It’s a lesson I’ve had to peel back layers over the years. There is a deep human loneliness in our longing of connection and unconditional love. Good thing is, we’re all in it together. Best wishes to you and look forward to you sharing more thoughts. 🙏🏼

@@DiaJin Thanks so much Dia, I really connect with your words .
I also yearn for real deep and meaningful connections,
I understand it places unrealistic expectations on what others can give me. and tends to push people away.
Yes, we also understand to be able to give ourselves what we need so we keep searching and trying different ways to connect to ourself with the many practices we try.
I have found hope in the spiritual dimensions but we are having a human experience in life so there is a void in this area ..
I am always a dreamer and longed to find a soul mate and have the closeness, connection, and intimacy I longed for but life keep moving forward and needed to flow on regardless.
Its so great to have your support to allow me to share these things with someone who is on the same page and has understanding , compassion and related in life. 🙏
Please also share your recommendations for the most touching film or segments that make you cry easilery.. ✌🤲
