One thing I learned last week when u and Mark talked about 185: where he happens to live, is that a private dock is coming for 185 Dunlop Condo, that to me is a complete selling feature like no other , obviously more info is needed all Mark said was coming maybe later in year or next summer but yeah a dock would be so cool. pricey thou. $1 million plus for a dock, I will go to Muskoka in a full lake front home for that money
