I made these tonight and they were UNBELIEVABLE!!! So chocolatey and delicious. My hubby tried one (he usually doesn't try vegan things and hates coconut oil) and he said they were really good. Thank you!!!

I made sure to use unmelted coconut oil! Originally my coconut oil was melted and I thought it wouldn't matter but it did since I noticed my batter was really liquidy. I remade it the batter with unmelted coconut oil. When I was mixing, I was looking for it to get to a regular cookie dough batter consistency. It really hot so I put the dough in the fridge for a little bit before baking. I think that helped as well!

Hello from Canada! I discovered your channel last year with this recipe and I have to say they are the best chocolate cookies and I make them regularly. They are just the perfect amount of sweetness and richness. I make them with half gluten free flour and half almond flour.
