I'm rather surprised it's there at all during the take off. And just one particular sighting of it on a particular plane doesn't really tell us much about DCS in general. After all, if it was "reversed", you'd have the vortices UNDER the fighter jets, not above them... Not to mention, it's simply a cosmetic visual effect, no Navier-Stokes involved...
@Polarwinter1 In this particular case it is reversed (only in terms of spin), but that's not enough evidence to make conclusions about DCS in whole. Again, if it was truly reversed, you'd see the vapor effects coming from under the planes like F-16, not from above them (which spin do those vortices have, by the way?) And there is no need to tell me all that if I already mentioned Navier-Stokes, don't you think?
