My Dad had two of these rigs. one was yellow, I think the other blue. He bought them in rough condition in the 80’s. Got em running great, somewhere in the mid to late 90’s he sold em. I still have his favorite- a 43 MB. Those cab overs climb really well but man, you always feel like you’re going to dona front flip going down steep hills
❤ the truck I have never seen one before.😊
Thanks for the step by step.." how 2's" ...very
much appreciated!!

Does it show which way is the direction of flow? Beginners may not know and some older vehicles didn't indicate it. Coolant looks super clean BTW.
They don’t say up or down on them. They generally only fit in the housing one way but the old “put it back how you found it” works well. They will flow coolant either way (not a check valve) but the housings often won’t go back together if you have it in backwards. But… anything can happen. For beginners i recommend getting the willys service manual. I wouldn’t touch a Jeep without one.
how much you want for that engine cover? lol
I don’t have any spares… contact Craig Brockhouse on facebook. Join the fc150/170 FB group. Engine covers for these are actually pretty plentiful. I’ve seen lots of them for sale pretty cheap.
