No we were just demonstrating for softball players as well. We work with both baseball and softball players
@AntonelliBaseball Ahhh ok was just wondering. it seems like I see more and more baseball coaches incorporating softballs in tee work and front toss. I wasn't sure if there was a benefit. I use a lot of smaller balls in drills but not larger
