When I’m stressed or overwhelmed I use 10 min increments. With depression 10 mins is sometimes enough to keep me going. Usually 10 mins then a 10 min break the back to 10 mins till at least the kitchen is clean. Love this video

Woo Hoo! Always glad to see you! I’ve been thinking about you recently as I am moving and wanting to start composting but my issue is how do I collect all of the table scraps from inside, do I have to move them out there everyday? We haven’t officially started out pile yet but I want to but this is hanging me up lol I started collecting things right away with no where to put them except in a bag in my garage and I realized that was less than ideal lol Congrats on the new muscles too! I’ve found that accountability & planning are key to my success as well!
Hey moving buddy hehe! So… I have an indoor little pot that I put by the kitchen sink or underneath… I usually do dump it outside in my big pile every day or every other day. If you go to my compost rap video there’s a link to what I use in the description. And yay for planning and accountability!!
Tasha, look at you with your buff arms! Lol I need to work on "Focus on 1 thing at a time." I'm ADD and I get SO distracted. I also need to "work on my hobbies more and not take myself so seriously."
