    Laura, you have such a talent not just as an artist, but as a teacher. You explain so well and so detail. I love this type of videos. One day I will be like you. Thanks Iris, Funny, but I love making this type of video! Some times I feel like I need to teach a design every time, but I love just focusing on just a small piece, because I feel like that can make all my designs better.

    I'm glad I found this. I'm doing my first face paint session this weekend. I have done full face halloween makeup and have been an artist for many years, but I'm totally new to the fair type face painting. I definitely need all the tips.

    I struggle with having enough paint on my brush to complete the swirls. I live in Arizona and there are days your brush is dry after loading before you even make it to the face, haha. I legit have to keep a small cup of water in my hand to rewet every line. It's SO HARD to get a good amount of paint loaded and not be drippy!

    Hi
    Which brushes do you recommend for line work? I’m struggling to find a good one, especially in the small sizes

    • @fairyfox
      @fairyfox  4 роки тому +2

      I like the loew cornell 7000 series. Really I recommend trying just one of a bunch of brands to find the kind you bond with. If you know other painters, it can be great to try each others brushes as a way to see before you spend a bunch of $$$
