    In WirelessCar’s DevOps journey, we faced the challenges of needing to work with different programs, each with their own solutions and levels of legacy code, different ways of working and unique challenges, in an industry that still relies on traditional manufacturing ways of working, has stringent compliance and regulation requirements, and security is paramount.
    What was a key success factor in the transformation was working with our company’s flat structure and culture of freedom and autonomy. We give our teams and our Agile leaders the knowledge and tools to not just understand DevOps, but the ability to move forward in their adoption and improve their day-to-day work.
