Hind was a little 6 year old girl who was stuck in her uncles car that was attacked by Israel with everyone dead in the car including her cousins. She called the Palestinian ambulance and asked them to get her but they needed permission from isreal to go to that area to save her and Isreal ended up bombing the ambulance that tried to reach her. After 48 hours I think that’s how long she survived, she ended up dying in the car alone with her dead family around her unfortunately. Hind mother is alive and was crying when she saw the song and that a city hall had a banner with her name on it. Thus this song is tributes to that. Hinds hall.

For those who don’t know who Hind is:
Hind Rajab, a 6 year old little girl, was in a car with her family under Israeli bombing and they were stuck and they couldn’t leave, then they killed her family and she was still stuck with her cousin, they called the red crescent begging for help to get out of there, but they also killed her cousin. Hind was then stuck all alone in the car with her dead family bodies while she was still talking to the red crescent through the phone, but the call connections was cut and she was missing for days with an unknown fate.
Hind was then found killed with her family in the car 12 days after the incident and the paramedics who went to save her were found killed by the Zionist occupation as well.
As usual the occupation tried to blame it on Ham*s but this time it was proven (by satellite's images) that the occupation forces executed an entire family with cold blood.
Hind’s story is one of thousands of stories of kids and families in Palestine.

It's actually sad that TMZ would even allow Matisyahu to speak without fact checking his accusation of anti-semetism and how the song Hinds Hall "has references throughout to anti-semetic tropes" The beauty about lyrics is we can read them and confirm references. There is absolutely zero inferrences to "jews running the world" in the song. The song does factually state however that several large US owned multinational corporations support the "state of Israel". The state is not it's people. He also factually states that Zionism is very much rooted in White Supremacy. You only have to look up the origins of Zionism (which predates the founding of the State of Israel by several decades) and who founded it to confirm this also as truth.
But ultimately, the song outlines the current state of things, both in the protests, and in the lack of (in Macklemore's opinion) artists lending their voices to the struggle. It's very clear that Matisyahu does not promote nor wants peace... he simply wants to continue his state's agenda.
