Grabbed a gumball machine the other day while picking up a cab, The seller said they did not have a key and that there was probably quarters in it. Well he was right. We pick the lock to the gumball machine and count quarters.

Thanks for the info. I just acquired a gumball machine that had no keys and this helped. Sadly mine only gifted me $2.25 minus the quarters I put in myself.

Looks like he was using the broken key extractor tool as a lockpick. Whatever gets it open.

It look like he was using a half diamond pick but they were not child hands picking that lock it was just a kid's voice narrating

Your house sounds like my house bud. :D Never overtighten those locks they will bend the pins. Then a drill is your only solution. I can tell you a simple way to make any key work on that lock.

Can a key be bought for these machines, i bought 2 machine for 75.00 and the are set up for 10 cents...how old would they be ? # mo 60 70 is on 1 machine and no 10 42 on other. My Email acct is [e-mail] thankyou so much
