You have no idea how happy this notification made me. I pushed myself out of bed this morning to go shooting, all because of this series. Thank you for all of the wisdom and inspiration, Sean.
We might be witnessing the best photography channel in here. Sean man!!, I have subscribed to multiples photography channels but no one, no one has that extra ability to get the teaching and the topic clearer than you. Some people got that talent and you definitely have it, friend. Keep it up and good luck !! Greetings from Cuba and London.
I used to think that lighting was the most boring and tiresome part of photography/cinematography, but videos like these are giving me love for learning more and more about lighting techniques. Thank you so much. Don't stop making these. Lighting is such an underrated and overlooked subject .
I'm constantly searching for videos to share with my HS photo students and no one I've found has your ability to get straight to the point and present information clearly and concisely without all the ridiculous "shabang!" nonsense. Well done Sean and thank you so much for such high-quality applicable content.
Ah, these videos are so pro, I can't stop watching in my free time. Sean, don't change, you are an inspiration and a stellar educator. I'm no betting man but if I had to, my money is on you becoming a monumental success, perhaps not out of choice but out of an ability to share and spread your passion in a way and with a humble presence not many could match.
Man do I ever love this series. This is really learning photography not how many megapixels is your camera or how sharp is that lens blah blah blah. Thanks for this keep them coming I really enjoy watching and listening to you.
You truly are a good person....not because you are a photographer or a UA-camr...the way you talk and the way you explain things tells a lot about you.....I was looking for tutorials as am struggling to be successful a photographer...I found your channel here and for a moment I forgot about photography just to admire your talks... I wish I could meet you ine day
Sean, I find myself bookmarking most of your videos so I can easily find and rewatch them later. You have a gift for making things simple and easily understood.
Once again, another incredibly inspirational video, Sean! Seeing a new video from you genuinely gets me excited. You come off as such a "down to earth" guy and and I love the vibe of your videos. Your content is deep and meaningful and I always appreciate that.
I've always tried to find good light when I take photos, but I'll pay much more attention to light after watching this video. Thanks for a gentle, yet concise lesson, Sean. Bravo!
This is what I love about photography. Only the people who watch this video know that aTopshop paper bag was used in the lighting! The rest of the world are completely unaware. Keep the video content exactly like this.
Panda eyes is term used for sodomized children whos blood vessels pop around their eyes do to trauma giving them dark circles around the eyes like a panda .. might wanna use a different term
I just stumbled onto your site (by luck) and I cant believe what ive been missing all these years, Your a born teacher/lecture, so clear and concise, If I had half your talent id,e be a millionaire, please please please keep up your channel, As Tom below says your GIFT to photography.
Woooo ... loving it! Ever since you’ve gone cold, your personal work has found an extra gear! You seem a lot more confident & determined. Well done Sean! Keep clicking, keep inspiring, be well x ta
Was padding around London with my Fuji yesterday for locations and an upcoming shoot, and this helps me realise how much I'm overthinking things. Great series Sean.
Hi Sean! I want to thank you for the great content you create. Most photography related channels keep on talking about gear (which really does not matter these days), but you focus on what matters: how to take better pictures. Keep it up!
Sean you are one of my favorite youtubers, no question. I always learn so much from your videos! I wish you did more if them. That being said the risk of over-saturation could happen. Please continue to do your fabulous work. You are a true inspiration. I would love to attend on of your workshops. I live in Missouri, so I don’t see that happening in the near future. I will watch as long as you are on.
@@seantuck how I wish there was some way that you could see some of my photos and critique. Probably that's not possible. However, just know that I am a huge fan from Bangladesh. You are a GREAT Teacher.
Amazing contect as always, I often use a pillow when i do not have i white board or a white bag in yours which dose the job great ! Keep up the fantastic job ! Cheers !
I'm quite a hard subscriber to win over, and i've been looking for some quality photography videos for a while now. This is the first time i've seen one video from a creator and subscribed on the spot. Excellent work. I'll be here more often!
Wow. I came here after hearing James Popsys rave about your channel - hadn't heard of you up until then. Wow. Wow. Wow. Fab advice, great improv and a Lightroom CC workflow on iPad Pro to boot. Thank you, Sean. Thank you, James. I liked. I subscribed.
Great video as usual Sean! I really enjoy the total coverage of the picture, from finding the location to thoughts on framing to editing. Thanks a bunch!
Sean, you're doing an amazing work. Love your toned, yet interesting editing that captures our attention and is informative but doesn't distract from the content. You're not only teaching us a lot, but also, at least for me, motivate to go out there and shoot. Keep on with the great work!
Interesting to see the first set-up at the side of London's Savoy Hotel. It's near my old office but better known as location for the iconic Bob Dylan Subterranean Homesick Blues film.
This series is just the best! So grateful that you decided to tackle such an elusive subject... would you consider doing one about light in relation to architecture?
i love using my reflector but i have been avoiding using it underneath as i remember being told not to, this was a nice reminder that some situations call for it. one question to the community, its always bothered me, why dont they call lenses the focal equiv on crop sensor cameras? i use mft and i have a 25 and 75. i love them but if i talk to anyone about them i just call them the 50 and 150 as to avoid confusion.
this is very good, Sean. i just had the time to watch this and loved your easy way to take photos. you really are making me comfortable with my limited sources and talent. thanks man, i mean it.
You are a gift to the photography world.
Tom Kaszuba ñ

Love the way that you show your editing process. It's not long and drawn out, looks clean and explains the goal for each adjustment.
I think you are absolutely underrated; as a photographer, filmmaker and artist. I wish you to keep growing as you have. Saludos de México.
This series is brilliant! Love how you've chosen to show your adjustments, also. Thanks Sean!

Mr. Sean, I just would like to thank you for the gift your videos are to the photographer community here in Colombia, South America.
Bravo. Loved the white paper hack. As always, the tone of your videos is also inspiring. Thank you.
That nice little alley you found also happens to be the alley where Bob Dylan filmed his Subterranean Homesick Blues Video!
Thanks for the video Sean. Your calmness makes your vids very easy to watch and the explanations are really helpful.

I think nobody captures the subtle nuances of the creative process in photography like Sean Tucker on UA-cam . Atleast none that I know of.
This is what I love about photography. Only the people who watch this video know that aTopshop paper bag was used in the lighting! The rest of the world are completely unaware. Keep the video content exactly like this.
Great video. "panda eyes" --- I'm using that term from now on!
