I got my CCNA in this week. Now, Im starting my studies for the RHCSA. Thanks for this wonderful video, it helped me to have a good picture of what is it like to get the RHCSA.
Wow! Congrats on that achievement, I am currently in my beginning stages to get my CCNA..i"ve been watching YT tutorials. If you any roadmap for success you can give me would be greatly appreciated!
@@paulavadi1966 Watch all Jeremy’s IT Lab videos and do all of his labs. Then, do some practice tests for the CCNA before getting into the testing room. And I wish all the best in your studies.
Great video, thanks for sharing and congratulations on passing! I like the idea of just picking a date and sticking with it, going to try the same approach.
thanks for sharing your ideas. Can you tell me pls how often did you repeat the chapters within the 3 months preparation time? So eg. you are through the containers chapter, and continue on with the next topic. How many times did you repeat it to memorize it, just once? Of course this is surely different from one to another person, so I'm sure you came back to the container chapter later on again, did you? Or did you train each chapter just once? I've doubts that after let's say 2 month I still can remember the details of something I've learned before..but that be very personal
i am going to take the exam next week can you share what questions were asked or some mock test or question sets that usually appear in the exam so that i could practice.
Yes, i did. I was super nervous about it, i did not want to have to take it again. I took about 2.5 hours to complete. I checked and rechecked things. I even did a task on the wrong server and lost time there.
Congratulations Jose! What do you do for a living? Just curious. I'm trying to see what kind of positions or company I can look into after I get my certification.

Good for you Jose. Im trying to finish my studies, but theres so much information it seems overwhelming at times
Just take it one objective at a time.
And take a practice exam as soon as possible.
That will help you understand your holes in information
i am going to take the exam next week can you share what questions were asked or some mock test or question sets that usually appear in the exam so that i could practice.
can you also share how you passed your sec+ please. thanks
Messer
I did only practice exams from Messer and Pearson.
And used the questions I missed as my study guide.
I appreciate this video. I am going to check out the resources that you provided and use them. Question, did you pass it on your first try?
Yes, i did. I was super nervous about it, i did not want to have to take it again. I took about 2.5 hours to complete. I checked and rechecked things. I even did a task on the wrong server and lost time there.
hi bro do you have any prior experience or certificate before passing RHCSA
or what basic you learn before going RHCSA?
Thank you for sharing, that was helpful! I got one question, how did you booked ur exam? I am going to take it soon and pass it, hopefully.
I booked through their website.
Congratulations Jose! What do you do for a living? Just curious. I'm trying to see what kind of positions or company I can look into after I get my certification.
I work for Philips Healthcare but I don't do anything linux related at my job. 😅
This was for my own interest 😅😅
What was your Linux knowledge before hand?
Not much, lil bit of ubuntu and kali but thats it. I have not workd with linux in professional environment.
Hi please can you please share how you launch into the node 1 to be able to start the exams?
Red hat a video explaining the test environment. Link in the description
I’m working on this cert. so why you went with the red hat iso and not the others you mentioned?
Because I think it was the most difficult and practical. I also had an interest GovTech at the time.
Took the rhcsa and it seems like there is always something broken during the exam. How did you learn how to setup you repos?
I learned it from Sander Van Vugt's book. its the best i have seen.
