I was even told that my eyes were so small. When I happened to come across both of your videos. I must say this was the easiest way to insert and remove my contacts. The problem is that your finger dont feel the lens effectively slide on the white part, and when you try to catch it it does not work because it is not on the white part of the eye. And you try you try…

Just saved this video after spending 45 minutes trying to get fashion contacts out. Evertime I use them I forget that getting them in is actually easy, taking them out is the hard part. I have a really hard time overriding the instinct to blink so I have to take deep breaths and sort of detatch from what I'm doing the whole time. When I finally got them out I looked straight into the mirror, moved them to the side and focusing really hard on not blinking grabbed them with my index and middle finger the way most people do it from the bottom. I never would have thought to look in the mirror form the inner corner of the eye, slide to outter corner and grab with my index finger above my thumb the way you did. It makes perfect sense because doing it your way allows you to look in the mirror without having to really see the process straight on and changing the way you pinch the contact out to your way helps to keep the eye open as you take it out! Thank you so much, I've watched so many tutorials and your way absolutely makes the most sense and seems failproof.

Scleral lenses have been super irritating to remove so my eye doctor popped in regular lenses last week and said we’d give them a try. Easy to insert but so hard to remove! Your method worked. I have worn contacts for close ten years and have long nails and have always struggled to get them out especially when they are very dry from long wear. You have literally changed my life!!!! I went from using gloves & lighted mirrors (sometimes taking 1 or 2 hours) to 5 seconds without looking. Thank you so so much!! Please have someone you know hug you for me. I wore contacts for the first time and started to panic that I could remove them and saw your video and I got them out within seconds back to back, when in the clinic it took me an hour to remove one. I am good at putting them in, but not taking them out. I am also good at removing the right contact then the left eye so when I was struggling with the right I knew the left was gonna be worse.

this is so easy! some lady said to look to the edge of your eye and blink (did NOT work after like 30 tries) then i found your video and did it in seconds! i think your the same content creator who taught me how to put it in really easy too. Thanks for the help doc!
My second time removing my contacts I did it just like you recommended naturally came to me and it was so successful came out super fast like under 5 minutes. Tomorrow my second day wearing contacts so praying your video on inserting them works greatly for me. I love this method, it worked like a charm for me

In my humble opinion as someone who sucks at contacts (I’m only on day 6 of wearing them) AND I can’t stop my eye from blinking. I follow this method with an adjustment. I don’t separate the 2 motions. I use one finger to slide it, and then pinch once it’s over there. In one sweeping motion
