Hi Frank can you send me the details of how to make it my wire haired Jack Russell Chihuahua mix is scratching against everything and everyone to try and get some relief.
where can I buy this at I've been looking on the internet for 20 minutes for a dog back scratcher cuz my dog does that right there all day long everyday but she goes to my neighbor's house and does it
That is awesome!! I just can't tell what the actual scratchy part is made of...it looks like a normal wooden rod, but I know it must be more than that.
This a genious idea for dogs with skin allergies. My dog suffers from itchy skin even with allergy medications and medicated shampoos. I even have him on vet prescribed food. So it's not lazy it's to help them scratch when we're not around to help them.
It doesn't have to be a lack of deserving of your dog that leads to something that'll enrich their lives. I've been looking for something like this not because I'm too lazy to scratch my dog but because my dog as some weird nerve injury in his lower back that makes him very responsive to being scratched, needing to be scratched actually pretty hard for best satisfaction, and that makes "the spot" move around a lot, and I have a wrist injury that makes it impossible for me to scratch him as much as he really truly deserves with how much and how hard he likes it. I feel terrible when I can only scratch him for a couple of minutes at a time, and I'd love to find a way for him to be able to scratch himself when I have to stop
Common sense would tell you no one can be there 24/7 to scratch their dogs back. Personally my boy gets PLENTYY of human back scratches daily. However people sleep, people go to work, live their lives. This gives them a way to do it themselves when they need.
Actually it's an aluminum tube with some velcro on it! :)
Frank do you sell these?! Super neat!

We need an instructable on how to make this!! I need one for my pretty pitty.
Add carpet on the bottom so the dogs feet won’t slide so much. The dog seems to love it.

I'm thinking put motor in it so it rotates itself and instead of velcro some brushy thing

If you're too lazy to scratch your dog, you don't deserve one.
