Edit: also for "who should be added next", I was always a fan of Cho'Gath and also "power up" characters like PW and Frank West, and you could translate his ultimate gimmick into him getting stronger/bulkier/whatever every time he lands a chomp. They had a second video, where they explained some things about Braum, like his Shield Buff. And yes, the Poro with the Hammer is a command grab, which will only freeze, when Braum has his Buff Up.
