Pero este vídeo precisamente no explica el primer paso: ¿cómo se desmonta la tapa antigua del un Roca Dama Retro? La tuerca de plástico existente en el hueco de la parte posterior de la taza es prácticamente inaccesible por su estrechez, siendo hasta ahora imposible aflojarla porque lleva muchas años instalada. ¿Cómo se quita esa pieza?

At home, we have 2 of them, One, s far, works OK. The second one, moves out of its place on a regular basis and it's really uncomfortable to place it again (almost no room)

Hola, hago la instalación tal como sale en el vídeo pero sólo amortigua la tapa de arriba, la de abajo del aro se cae y da golpe. Alguien me puede decir porqué?
Veo que hace mucho tiempo desde este vídeo espero a ver si por favor alguien me contesta y me ayuda.

Boa noite. Me chamo Adriana. Comprei vaso, bacia, e assento Dama N Roca. É maravilhoso porém hoje eu estou com um problema em relação a fixação do assento. A ferragem pra fixar não é desse modelo do vídeo, pois esse parece bem pratico. Meu modelo é um pino, e conforme eu uso o assento, o pino sai do lugar, e eu tenho que ficar acertando toda vez. Gostaria de saber se é possível comprar outro tipo de vcs, da ferragem de fixação do assento termofixo.

Hello,
I have 'The Gap' Monoblock also with 'The Gap' seat. Since the very first day I have not been able to close just the seat, with lid staying up. If I try to put down only the seat, it starts to go down a bit and just drags down the lid. It is so annoying. I am wondering if it is supposed to be like that or is something wrong with hinges? I have tried to take everything apart but still did not manage to fix this. Even on installation videos and other review/repairs videos on UA-cam I have not been able to see only the seat going down, it is always closing both the seat and the lid, just like at 3:00 in this video. Please help :(

Why oh why did these geniuses design a toilet seat that you need to stick a tiny allen key in the back of where you can't even see the hole, and there's no room to turn the key 360 degrees so you have to keep pulling it out and trying to find the tiny hole again to turn it just to take the seat off and put it back on again.
Then when finally everything is tightened, there is still give inside where the silver hinges go into the seat so the it is never securely still. It still wiggles left and right no matter what.
Why oh why did I bother to pay extra for Roca when the cheaper brands have a simple pop on/off buttons and life would be much easier

One question - the cylinders have markings in red and blue. They can be mounted so the dot faces to or from the toilet seat. Is there any difference?

Se te rompe la fijación de plástico de $1 y hay que comprar toda la tapa nuevamente. Roca no comercializa repuestos de nada!! Decidí cambiar de marca de inodoros por esa razón 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
