I have used this for two weeks now and am impressed. Much better than the standard wheel roller. I have been doing 5 sets of 40-50 with 60 seconds in between 3 days/week. Takes about 23 minutes. I follow it up with 5 sets of hanging knees raises. Killer!
I'm 330lbs and bought this ab wheel and I'm Impressed it holds me and I am able to do it. I can't even do a sit up lol its totally worth it. Been using it 3 times a week n I'm focusing on form n that alone is a work out n stomach is flatter and I've noticed more balance
@@dmoose I bought mine almost 2 years ago. Bought my two brothers a wheel, recommend it often at the gym and have a spare wheel for indoors that doesn't have a dirty wheel
@@lalitha7225 yes. It's easier cause you don't have to straight arm the ab wheel. Once you get the hang of it, get a ring lap counter and put it at the top bend. Next step is a weighted vest
