Tim Rosser and Charlie Sohne
From "The Profit of Creation" - a physicist, Max who, after being rejected by the scientific community and betrayed by the love of his life, accepts an offer from a right-wing organization to move to Kentucky and head up a newly planned Creation Museum. Max's cynical decision takes a surprising turn when he falls in love, makes promises he can't keep, and becomes deeply connected to people who, at first glance, seem completely unlike himself.
Max meets Darren - a young man who, at this point, has just quit reparative therapy. Darren turns to Max, the only gay person he knows, for answers. Darren recalls a role playing exercise from his reparative therapy - he asks Max to recount his first date with his last boyfriend, so he can find out what it's like to fall in love.

when taylor sings "so new" in that upper register I DIED ITS SO GOOD
I am so in love with this
The last part when they looked at each other! Love the connection
Love this song! I wish there was a karaoke track to this song so I can snatch someone up and make them sing it with me! lol In all seriousness it's a very beautifully written song. I love the vulnerability and dramatic pauses it offers. Great job to the writers and fantastic job to the boys singing this! I'm glad I stumbled onto this!
Colin's vibrato is ridiculously beautiful.
Awesome! We're going to be doing a concert on February 2nd - I'll let you know the details ASAP. Thanks so much again for listening to the song!
This is wonderful.
Thank you! I'll keep in touch next time I come around =)
Thanks! So happy you enjoyed!
I truly do! Next time I'm in NY....hopefully in a couple months... I want to catch one of your venues if you still do this at 54 Below!
This is ace!
