@@Rosewangchuklepcha203 yea adding milk makes it more creamy. Let the water evaporate until only a little is left ,then add boiled and cooled milk and let it bubble for sometime till desired thickness . Adding potato with chilli in the starting is also better
But is it to be eaten with cooked rice 🍚 or without rice, just hiw it is made. . please clarify this? As i want to make it at home. .post this clarification.

If you want to make steam bun kindly follow these steps 1. Take almost 4 to 500 grams maida /APF . 2. Add 1 tbsp yeast. 3. Add half tbsp sugar...4. Half Cup Refined oil. 5. Lukewarm water as Required to make a normal dough....stir well mix well...leave almost for 25 minutes...After 25 minutes Add some maida and knead to dough Very well then give tennis ball size to dough And place to a steamer....Cook on High flame for 12 to 15 minutes....streamed bun is ready to serve....that's it....instead of water you may use milk also.....steam bun eat with Ema Datchi, Veg stew, non veg stew, gravy and chutneys ... thank you 💝💝💝💝

Actually its eat With Tingmo Steamed bun......but we also eat with rice.....but best match is steam Bun .....do you know how to make steam bun?...
