Hello, I have a dell Inspiron 5770 and the battery only charges if the ac adapter wire has slight pressure pushing the wire in an upward direction (toward the ceiling) while plugged in. I need to replace the charging jack on it; however, I do not have any experience with sodering. I was wondering do you think I should buy a refurbished OEM jack which I could get for about $25-$30 vs. the $10-$15 non-OEM charging jack. Can replace the part myself, but not comfortable with sodering as I have no experience with it.

my dell inspiron charging port has a problem which is i found out lately. i just bought a new charger which is a replica now im going to buy a charging port to replace with. damn these DELL laptops gives you headaches not buying DELL anymore.
