Lost to my friend twice this summer - both times his transition advantage was bigger than the margin of victory. So crucial, even for those of us not looking to make the pack out of T1!
@@morganpearson5685 he’s Canadian so you’d think he’d be nice about it, but nope - he had all the jokes! “What are you doing for so long, making a cup of tea?”
Great to see the attention to detail that goes on behind the scenes. It’s such a momentum killer when transition goes wrong in races. Loving the content. Some prehab or stretching content would be great.
Have you tried turning your shoes 90 degrees in the set up? Seems like you’re a little off balance with the left shoe because you are opening up after you put your right shoe on.
Probably silly questions, brotha, but I just run... So when you put your shoes on, are they already laced? Or are they triathlon specific shoes that don't require it? Everyone runs without socks during triathlons? Thank you for the videos. They're extremely inspiring.
Very interesting/inspiring content! I have a question; do you think runners can benefit from including bike sessions in order to boost overall volume and intensity/trehold?
Cross training can really help, but if you goal is to just run fast make sure it isn't making you tired for key run sessions. Some advice would to be a bike ride the afternoon after the hard run workout
First saw morgan on sweatelite so now seeing the 2 merge is awesome... love the honesty in thought and training. Keep the good content going!!

Got to put them shoes quick!!! Great job and interesting to learn from the pros!!

@@morganpearson5685 who at the ITU do I slip a few C-notes to in order to make socks mandatory 🤣.
In addition to CX do you see yourself racing gravel?
*Also could you please do a breakdown of your bikes: size, components etc
What bike shoes were you using/ are you using right now?

there are usually rubber laces in the shoes so that you don't lose time and top olympic and sprint distance races everyone runs barefoot.
@@feuervogel1984 Thanks for that.
