Nice video @kayleefoster00 . Did you visit other places in Panama additional to the ones in this video and San Blas video? Probably you started the "Picachos de Olá" hike a little bit late. There are some nice places closer than El Valle too. Anton Valley have different hikes, waterfalls and rivers very close. Hope you had good times in Panama.
