A particularly enjoyable Madeira session. With all the aeroflight videos I've seen one aspect that I don't see enough is the turn from base leg to final. This video has more than most and these big birds can appear so graceful - at least on non-storm days :) Cheers!
The windsock is pointing straight up the runway, steady as a rock. All the passengers who were expecting the usual Madeira maelstrom, and had paid good money for that white-knuckle terror, demanded their money back, went home, and waited for a normal day.
